A generic "delivery attempt" notice was left on my friend's door with this phone number and my name on it. When called, its just a regular voicemail with the name "Bill Bunting", no company name or business.

Same here. This phone number has been calling me 1 to 2 times a day for three weeks. Never leaves a voicemail and when I've picked up the last 2 times there is no one there.
