I received a call on the 16th of last month.They said that they are from a legal dept.and wanted to talk to me regarding some outstanding loan.I doubted,and I asked them to prove themselves and send me something in written.They claimed that its not their duty and asked me whether I want them to proceed with the case or resove the matter.I thought it was a scam and asked them to prove that they are real people.Instead they filed the case and I received the mail from the court today.Attorneys are real b*****ds.I was ready to pay if they proved themselves.
