I too was ripped off for $109.00 by BILLINTERNET.COM 8778717412  FOR A 2008 ANTI VIRUS  SOFTWARE. I didn't realize it until they said it was about to expire. I had supposedly purchased a LIFETIME LICENSE. I do not think a lifetime license would expire. Sort of makes me want to think it is a SCAM.

I tried to call good luck.  I never recieved any antiviris protection softwware, if I did it diesn't work. They overcharged my account,x2.  I am mad about this. What a ripoff.Can't someone do something about this?

also recieved a bill on credit card for $51.78. I have called their number and they have you leave a message I gave name and phone number no one has returned my called. I wanted to cancel and no one is answering their phone.

I didn't recieve a call but continued Pop-up ads on our PC that would not come off, even if you tried to remove them. It came to the point it froze our computer so we thought we had to renew the antivirus subscription; thinking it was renewing through Microsoft. It wasn't. Beware and call a P.C. techie foe help to remove this scam if it happens to you

This is my mistake that time virus are clear &antivirus 2008 software are came .but next day this antivirus 2008 was gone. then the statement of ICICI credit cards received total charge of 2195.80(Rs) debited to me.
I have not paid this heavy amount because  this billing is fraud .after two month ICICI Bank debited 500 Rs per month late fees payment .total amount of 3239.16 I paid 0n 8/10/2008.sir I request you this amount is very very much to me I have all ready paid total amount with interest  but in place of this I have not received any thing only one time antivirus clearing charges of this heavy amount .so please you consider my case sympathetically and return this amount or deduct your antivirus checking charges. please exceptionally consider my case and return my amount or give another thing of balance amount .Sir I really sorry to say please I hope you will consider my case and return my amount or give another Microsoft thing for my laptop  and pl.sent  email on my ID.

Well folks it is well past the time to start a lawsuit against these people.

My customer base is mostly elder people. This summer I have had a least 17 calls to remove the bogus software sold through these people.

It seems to be an international problem.

I to was scamed by the bundling charges.Asked for cacellation got runaround,will complain to district court hope to end this.

I have received the same scam and was charged 109.85 .I have called my visa company and am disputing and am calling the better busness burea' Did not give you premisson to use my visa card. linda

I am new to the internet and recently bought a laptop. I soon received a pop-up stating I had a virus and my computer would be perminently damaged if I did nothing. I have been ripped off by the same company. On 05.06.08 their pop-up appeared as a renewal for our expiring antivirus software, saying that I have multple viruses and I need to renew my software. After paying by credit card we found two confirmations of purchases sent to our e-mail although we ordered only one program. On 12.06.08 another charge appeared on our bank statement of $47, and email arrived stating that we have been 'undercharged'. But it haven't ended there! We cancelled our card straight after the second deduction. Today, 15.07.08, I found another charge by the same b*****ds of $83.26, about which we haven't even been informed. I spoke with them on the phone, they said they are located somewhere in Beerfield Beach, Florida. We are in Australia. Does anyone have any suggestion what can be done? We have filed investigation with our bank.

I have also had £107.90 takingfrom my card(18 June 08). It reads www.billinternet.com with the phone number 877-871-7412. I too tracked this down to an anti- virus programme I thought I was purchasing for about $47. I have not recieved this protection and encourage anyone else who has been cheated to post it on this site. Iwill be contacting my bank and seeking their views to this matter.

They got me also. I called my bank and they are going to try to go after them

wahoooooooo!!!!! they refunded my money. i threatened them with the u.s. district court system and in 2 days my money was back in my account.good luck to the rest of you.

I am presently going through this right now. It kept popping up and warning me that my computer is in serious danger so I scanned it with my antivirus and did not find any but still unsure. I almost bought it but managed to get on Google and asked what Antivirus 2008 is. I found something called Spyhunter and purchased it for 29.99 and it got rid of the Antivirus 2008 which they described as a rogue antivirus which uses this technique to make sales. It is completely gone and when I checked my checking account, there is a pending amount to be taken for $109.85. I called the bank immediately and told them not to pay it. They said to keep an eye on it and they will dispute if.
