Told me I was a PayPal Top Customer, and that I could get $10 off my next purchase by using coupon code CTOPCUST10
Also told me that I could see terms & conditions by going to: http://tinyurl.com/y6j3vrw
I went there. It pointsme to paypal-email.com, which is NOT under the paypal.com domain.
Seems legitimate, but horribly ill-conceived, after all the time they've spent learning folks against phishing, to point users to a domain name that impersonates the paypal domain name.
