I have received multiple calls over the past week from this number with the name "Sarah Bennett." They have even called blocked three times in a row. At one point, she left a message for someone else on my cell phone. Ultimately, they threatened to come to my house and serve me papers for a civil warrant in my county. After they called and left a message on my ex husband's ex wife's cell phone with my personal information, I called them this morning. I was told the balance of a debt was $560 but could be $1000 if I let it go to court. They wanted me to give them a prepaid debit card or my debit card. I refused. I was not able to do any of the three arrangements they offered me. I requested something in writing. This was refused. After going several rounds with who is "Sarah Michaels," (yes, I questioned the similarity in names) she stated I was refusing to pay the debt, and the private courier will serve me. I checked the website for the account they say I owe. The balance is $290. So, I guess I will see if Sarah Bennett shows up at my house tonight between 6-8pm, and I "need to make myself available with a valid photo ID."

They're NOT legitimate. Tell them to mail you (NOT e-mail or fax.) a complete letter of validation. As outlined & required by federal law under the FDCPA. If they refuse or make excuses, they're bogus!

this company keeps calling sayin they have papers to serve and to meet at a location to sign for them and also said they would come to my job...... they use diff tactics to scare and try to get me to contact..... it doesnt sound legit.

This number keeps callling my family member harrassing them - saying it is a legal issue

I have been getting calls from this company saying I must pay $650 for a loan but they won't send me there company's address or a letter and if I don't pay they will sue me and there is some in my area ready to hand me papers then I get another call from a different number but they say there from the same company they are full of s*** never give anything out over the phone with a letter in hand or address to look them up

I too keep getting calls from this # at my home cell and work saying they want to serve me a summons saying I'm in alot of trouble warrents out for arrest i missed court dates etc.....I checked I have no warrents or charges.  They tell me they are a private company but won't give the company name.  It is becoming very harassing.....they won't even tell me the charges I'm suppose to have on me
