While this may be a legit business, his rude attitude and lying tactics to get your business, tell me what kind of person he is. Definitely, not the type most would want to enter into any type of agreement with. Not trustworthy at all. Glad you sold or vehicle. Even if he could sell my truck for full price I wouldn't do it.

The following is the conversation I just had from Randy. How Rude. He has called several times so I was aware that he wanted to sell for a fee even though my ad said"only private party buyers need to call" No dealerships or selling for a fee companies
Randy: Am I talking to the person selling the 2010 F350?
Laurie: Yes, Are you interested in buying the truck?
Randy: Why else would I be calling you?
Laurie: to solicit my business to have you sell the truck. I have gotten several calls like this despite the language asking them not to call in my ad.
Randy: So how many offers do you have on the table for this truck?
Laurie: If you have questions about the truck or if you would like to make an offer, I am all ears!
Randy:Again how many offers do you have on the truck?
Laurie:I don't feel comfortable sharing that info with you but if you want to make an offer, again, i'm listening
Randy: How many offers do you have right now for the truck?
Laurie: If you are interested in purchasing the truck, I would continue this conversation, if not please take me off your list for solicitation.
Randy: I was interested in purchasing your truck but since you have such a s****y attitude I am no longer interested.
Then he hung up on me.
While it may be a lucrative company, these tactics are so unprofessional I would never want to do business with these sleezy people. I am not that desperate.

Got a call today from "Randy" who was interested in buying my Chevy.  Did not call back because of the 877# and Googling his full number...bringing me to this site.

Randy just called asking about the car we have for sale.  Background joise typed me off that this may not be legit call so I asked him if he was working for a company or private party.  He didn't answer direct and said no one had ever asked him that...  I then checked out the phone # and found this site Beware of those who don't answer simple questions!!  thanks for the postings...Where are the good old days where selling cars was not connected to scammers.

Got a call from this 877 number from Randy saying to call him back to answer a few questions about my car (I am actually selling a truck) posted for sale on the internet (I don't know what site because it is listed on 3 right now). As with all messages I Googled his number and it brought me here. Thanks for letting me know it is a scam. I now have his number blocked and won't have to deal with him anymore.

Called me and became agitated when I declined his service to list my vehicle.

"Ryan" called me and said he wanted to help me sell my car, same crap as you are reading above...these guys are scammers looking to take your money. I asked him how many cars they sold this month and he stuttered. Also told him I am Norwegian and would't pay anyone up front to sell my car that I have not heard of before. I also told him to not call back and if he did I would be reporting him to the FCC. DO NOT GIVE THESE GUYS YOUR $ OR INFO!

this person Randy calls me and continues to harrass me wont tell me the name of his company and is rude and obnoxious

i got a call from this number and asked him if he wants to buy my car or sell it and he wouldnt answer the question.  he said "the 30 thousand dollar question is do you want to sell it or not"  he was a real a**!  he said to call him back when i realize that i wont be able to sell it and i told him to go steal from someone else!

Wow... when I called his bluff: "are you trying to SELL my car or are you a BUYER?", he got mad and told me in a snide voice "good luck selling your car".

F#$#$ You! Don't call my number again.

Guy called me asking about my Craigslist car ad and spoke to me like he is a cop. He then said my car looks funny and I then told him he sounds like a girl and hung up! He never called back.

Same thing with me, he keeps calling and finally I had to hang up on his dumbass

Randy is still calling inquiring about cars that individuals have listed for sale.  I didn't call back and won't because if anything he just wants to offer pennies on the dollar.  Avoid.

Guy left a voice message saying that he was interested in the car that I'm selling.  Thanks to this site, I know that is BS.  Also thanks to Google Voice for allowing me to block his number easily.

Randy called me to sell my car as well, going into his full blown pitch while I was at work. I said "Look bub, im not interested" and in a very hostile way he yelled at me, "you're never going to sell your car you wack job". Great sales technique, scum mouth. Karma's on to you bub....

Received a call from 877-877-4595 wanting to sell my car.   Refused to take no for an answer.   When I tried to hang up that feature was blocked.   The individual kept on talking.   After the fourth try to hang up I was finally able to disconnect from this number.

Randy called today regarding my car for sale online.  He had a really condescending attitude.  So, I hang-up.

Yeah, Randy also gave me a call today regarding a vehicle I had for sale.  There were several big giveaways during his sales pitch which caused me to be skeptical.  I stopped him mid-pitch, told him it was obvious he was a poacher and asked him to get to the point.  He became flustered and told me his company acts as a clearing house for buyers who look for specific vehicles.  After I told him I wasn't about to pay anyone else upfront to list my vehicle and would only pay a commission after it was sold he became overly agitated to the point where he said "Listen MAN, give me a call when you get serious about selling your vehicle" and hung up.

People who purport themselves to be from a company, especially a nameless company which specializes in "ebay resale", and acts like this is not legitimate.  It's a straight up scam.

Randy is up to no good again. I just got the same call and pitch. Not sure where he got my number from and of course, the scammer wouldn't say. What a guy Randy is, I hope he finds something useful to do with his life instead of wasting other peoples time and trying to steal from them.

No named male left me a message.    Will not call back car is for sale reading above explains it all.

"Randy" called me too.  I asked him where he got my number from and he said "I'm not sure where my research pulled it from".  I said, "Call me back when you figure that out".  If he can't honestly tell me where he got my number from, he doesn't sound honest enough for me to do business with.

Today a call from "Randy" in re my vehicle for sale.  After reading the previous comments I'm not interested and won't call him back either.

My husband took the call from this guy- thought it was legit until my curiosity got the best of me so I Googled the number. Thanks for the heads up, everyone! =)

A guy named Randy Husar (sp.) wants to help to sell my car.  I blocked his number after several phone calls from him. He doesn't give up.

Called me on 2/3/09 asking about my vehicle listed on Craigslist.  Left message.
