I applied for a payday loan but told pixie cash I didn't need the loan. Pixie cash sold my info to Vince enterprises and they deposited 350.00 into my acct. I didn't know until a couple weeks later when I received an email from Vince saying I owe them for the loan. I called my bank and closed my acct. Now a year later a 3rd party is threatening to serve me if I don't pay. They were very rude. They can try and serve me because they don't have my address or job info only the old one. Anyone who is being taken advantage of CLOSE UR ACCT AND GET ANOTHER ONE. THEN UR BANK WILL CONTACT THEM TO SETUP A PAYMENT PLAN. They already took out what they wanted but its their fault for depositing unauthorized funds.

Vince Enterprises is a scam company. You cannot go to jail for a payday loan. Period. It doesn't matter if you actually took out the loan or not. Close your checking account, open a new one and call it a day. As for the phone calls, start blowing a brass whistle in their ear each time they call. I promise you the calls will soon stop! I discuss illegal companies like this on my credit and financial advice blog.

The best thing to do is; notify your bank of the situation and close that account and reopen another. Please stay away from pay day site because I had my own personal experince with this fake company that promote small business/assistance but take more from you at the end.

I pulled my credit report this morning and there they are with a collection account. Next step for me is to call the attorney general's office. Good luck!

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the nation's consumer protection agency, is warning consumers to be on the alert for scam artists posing as debt collectors. It may be hard to tell the difference between a legitimate debt collector and a fake one. Sometimes a fake collector may even have some of your personal information, like a bank account number. A caller may be a fake debt collector if he:

?is seeking payment on a debt for a loan you do not recognize;
?refuses to give you a mailing address or phone number;
?asks you for personal financial or sensitive information; or
?exerts high pressure to try to scare you into paying, such as threatening to have you arrested or to report you to a law enforcement agency.

If you think that a caller may be a fake debt collector:

?Ask the caller for his name, company, street address, and telephone number. Tell the caller that you refuse to discuss any debt until you get a written "validation notice." The notice must include the amount of the debt, the name of the creditor you owe, and your rights under the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
If a caller refuses to give you all of this information, do not pay! Paying a fake debt collector will not always make them go away. They may make up another debt to try to get more money from you.?Stop speaking with the caller. If you have the caller's address, send a letter demanding that the caller stop contacting you, and keep a copy for your files. By law, real debt collectors must stop calling you if you ask them to in writing.
?Do not give the caller personal financial or other sensitive information. Never give out or confirm personal financial or other sensitive information like your bank account, credit card, or Social Security number unless you know whom you're dealing with. Scam artists, like fake debt collectors, can use your information to commit identity theft ? charging your existing credit cards, opening new credit card, checking, or savings accounts, writing fraudulent checks, or taking out loans in your name.
?Contact your creditor. If the debt is legitimate ? but you think the collector may not be ? contact your creditor about the calls. Share the information you have about the suspicious calls and find out who, if anyone, the creditor has authorized to collect the debt.
?Report the call. Contact the FTC and your state Attorney General's office with information about suspicious callers. Many states have their own debt collection laws in addition to the federal FDCPA. Your Attorney General's office can help you determine your rights under your state's law.

Yeah.....I too have been getting calls from a William Currier stating that I owe money from a payday loan i took out back in 2010.  The number I am suppose to call is 716-402-4650.  They have called my work, my parents, and have told them I am going to be served with papers.  I don't know how they get away with this crap.  I don't want to pay it because it seems like a scam but I'm tired of them hounding my family and my work with these silly phone calls.  Did not give this guy any personal information.  Claims to be working for NCP mediation services.  Am suppose to be making 4 payments of $125 with a pre-paid debit card.  Not sure what I am going to do.

Hi. We also where taken my Vince Enterprise it started on 10-26-2011 and finally they stopped taken out the $90.00 every 2 weeks for the past 2 months. I sure hope that something can be done on this company. We also got 2 call one on7-17-2913 asking for my husband. He left a message on our answering machine and like a dump I called it back. I take to a women and she said that she was from Check Systems phone for was #855-412-3826, told me I had to take to another person at #858-730-6402. I called him and I ask him for his name. He said Patrick and he wanted to talk to my husband. I told him he was not home so he said that he could give me what he wanted to tell my husband. He said that he had a case number and gave It to me He said that he had papers that he was being looked into check laundering and check fraud and some other thing. He said that he tool out a payday loan on Sept.19,2010 and that they have sent us many letters thought the mail online. But our e-mail address that he had would not work. I told him that we do not have it any long I said that I would call my husband about it. I call  him and he said it was a SCAM he never took out a loan from them .Check Systems was a collector for the payday loan. I ask who was the company. He said that it was Marcus then said it could be from another company because they work so many Co.  I called our Phone carrier to see they could look up the numbers. She looked and said that one was from India and the other one was from Bufflow New York. She said that it shows that they call from any different places and it shows that they are a SCAM. On7-23-2013 I got another call from a place that left there phone number #716-402-4650 and ask for my husband. He said  that he was from the Dept. of Legal Service . The number came up private on my phone. He said that he had paper work from our county and he had the correct on and his full name and SS# . I never his call, I did call my husband again and he was mad. He said it is a bunch of bull s***. I called our phone company again and they said that it came from New York. I called our local Police Dept. and our attorney General and the FTC about them also our bank and the credit bureau. They can assure us anything. I did everything I can do. I forgot to tell you the last one the Dept. of legal Services call our Daughter-in-Law the same day they called us and left her a message for her to call them back. Our son called us and ask what was going on and we told him. he said that if our daughter-in-law gets another call she will tell them off. How the got her cell number and knew she was reallted to us we do not know. She lives in another state too. They sure are crouckes I hope that they get caught soon. It is driving me nuts. Haven't anything now for 2 days but we have to keep look out for our bank account and  our credit reports. We just moved so they don't have our new address. I hope anyways! Well good luck to all. Hi , I also had had a bad time with them My husband took out a loan from them for only $500 and I was looking on our checking account and Vince Enterprise has been taking out $90.00 every two weeks The loan was taken out on 2-15-13 and has been taking it out every seince then. The last 2 months there has not been anything taken out to them. We have received two calls the past two weeks. One was asking for my husband. I told them that he was not home but what did they want. She told me to call another number. The one she called from was 855-412-3826, said she was from Check Systems. I then called the other she gave to me #858-730-6402. He answer and I ask for his name and he said Patrick. He said that he had papers on my husband said that he is being looked into Check Laundering, Check Fraud and a couple of other things. I told him that I would be calling my husband about it. He said that the loan was from a payday loan he took out on Sept.19,2010. He also said that he has sent us many letters and also e-mails. He said that we paid 3 payments then stopped. He gave me our banks name and said that he had my husband SS# but never gave me it. He also said that Check Systems would do a settlement but it had to be done that day. I called my husband and he said that they are a scam he never tool out a loan from them. I called our phone company to see if they could find out where the calls where coming from. She said one was from India and the other one was from Bufflow. New York. She said that the show that they call people and say they are from many companies. They are a SCAM just like Vince Enterprise is. We also got another call on 7-23-2013. They left a message because it came up on my phone as private. I let the answering machine take it. They said that they where from Dept. of Legal Services and said his name was William Courier. He left a number for us to call back  #716-402-4650. Called 2 times. He said that he had paper works on my husband from our county with his SS# and full name. He left a case number so when we call him back he will know who I am talking about. I never answer him back because I know that he is a SCAM also. I did our local Police Dept. about it and our State AG and the FTC. I tried too put there numbers to be blocked from our phone but it would not take them because it said that it was either not working or a small Business and had many different reasons. We had there numbers put on our do not call list but was told that it took up too 31 days to start and they could hack into it. Why is it the good people have no rights but the bad can get away with everything? Well now that I left you all our problems good luck too all of you. Thanks Cherrye

I was teased by spam mail offering $2500.  I needed some funding to move into an apartment.  I went onto the website, and started to fill out the required info.  I do not even remember which website it was.  After providing personal information, the response came back saying I would only qualify for $300.  I backed off the website, as I needed more that that.  If I had needed a payday loan, I would have gone to a Cash Store.  A few days later, $300 was deposited to my account. I called that number 877-878-2700 to ask why they had done that. The lady said I had authorized a payday loan on their website.  I asked them to reverse the money. They did not.  They dinged my checking account every pay period $90.  I finally had a stop payment put on that.  My bank waived the stop payment fee after I explained the situation.  They've pulled $450.  I never once received an email, phone call or any other means of communication from them, offering to "refinance" or pay in full.  whatever happened to responsible lending practices? I then got a threatening vm from a "collector", after my "check" was not honored.  I had passed a bad check over state lines.  They also threatened me with legal action.  Then I got a call from an "arbitrator" with a smooth pleasant voice. Uh huh.  I told them as far as I was concerned, they've been paid back.  $90 to refinance a payday loan every 15 days is usury.  A cash Store charges $55.  Why would I agree to those terms?
I never asked for their $300.   I told the "arbitrator" to go ahead and serve me.  Take me to small claims court. In the meantime, I am filing a complaint against them with the CA State Attorney, and will pursue with the Federal Trade Commission.  I get at least 3-5 spam emails a day from online payday loan websites offering this or that.  If you need a payday loan, go to a CASH STORE, do not do it online!!!!!!!!!

Close your bank acct and get a new one ASAP.  Alert your bank of the scam. Also contact your State Atty General's Office, FTC, FBI(IC3), BBB and local law enforcement.  These people are a scam trying to shake you down for money. I have a fraud investigator thru IdentityTheft911.  My FCU provided me with them.  Also contact ALL three credit reporting agencies and put a fraud hold on your credit reports.  It last about 90 days and keep it on. They will send you your credit reports and look them over and see if there is any fraud on them and alert them asap. Also check with your state and see if payday loans are prohibited.  The state of PA, which I reside, prohibits payday loans because they try to charge from 300 to 782.14% interest which is illegal.  This makes the loan null and void.  These scammers know this.  They also try to violate the FDCPA. They will try to harass you, your family, friends, employer and your references.  Just let them know they are a scam and to hangup.

I have researched this company., The state of Calif.Business,transportation and housing agency Department of Corporations filed a Desist and Refrain Order (for violations of California Financial Code section 23005)
It states Vince Enterprises has not been issued a license by the Commissioner authorizing it to engage in the business of deferred deposit transactions under the California Deferred Deposit Transactions Law. This court document is dated may 4, 2010 in Sacramento, Ca.
Through reading complaints from other people, some have not even received monies from Vince ent. I tried calling the 877 number and asked for their address, the girl who answered said "we can't give out our address" If you want to communicate you must fax us.  What kind of reputable company doesn't give out a address.  The court has their address: 527 Southwest Blvd.  Kansas City, Mo. 64108   I urge you to go onto the Federal Trade Commission website to file a claim if you have been duped by this company. Also the IC3 is Internet Crime investigators. If companies are doing business outside their states they must abide by the laws of each state.

This company deposited $250 into my account without my permission.  I called and left a message at the # on the deposit 877-878-2700.  I told them I never accepted a loan offer from them and that they needed to reverse the deposit and I was NOT paying any interest on this money.  In the meantime I went to my bank and they told my that this company was well known to the bank's fraud department.  They advised my to reverse the deposit (send the $ back) and close the account. Vince Ent. claims that they never received the $$ from the deposit reversal.  They wanted me to send them a bank statement showing the reversal.  I told them they needed to contact the bank and straighten it out themselves.  Not my fault that they didn't get the money as they claimed.  This was in Oct.  Today, I get a call from a blocked #.  A "Frank Thomas" left a voice mail saying that there were 2 complaints against me that he was preparing processor paperwork with my county district court.  He said I could call 888-596-4502 to get info on the original complaint and gave a claim # to reference.  I called and the recording says "thank you for calling United"  then says press 0 to speak to a rep.  I got the voice mail of a Johnathan  Bailey.  I left him a message. Waiting to hear back.  I can't wait to hit him with all the info I found here.  BTW, has anyone actually been served with any documents?  I am assuming that they are just blowing smoke

You are dealing with a loan cramming shakedown racket.

When you find an unauthorized deposit into your account, typically in the $200 to $300 range, this is the opening move in a fraudulent lending shakedown.  They may have gotten your account information from some loan "broker" site, but never contacted you to discuss terms or obtain  your agreement on this "interest only loan" with grossly inflated APR.

You can expect them to start taking money out rapidly, often weekly so they get their initial deposit back in a few weeks, then keep taking money at some alleged 400% to 900% rate, until they drain your account and max out your overdraft protection.  They will then start calling and harassing you, demanding more, claiming those charges were "only interest and fees", and you still haven't paid off this "loan" you never agreed to, and with the "interest" now compouding into the thousands of dollars.

You do NOT owe any amount back on a faked loan you never agreed to beyond the deposited principal.
This type of scam depends on harassment and threats to extort the intended but unowed money from you.

Immediately contact your bank to shut down and block your account, then contact your local police, the FBI and your state Attorney General.

Let your bank sort out who owns the money if they want, reverse it as an "accidental deposit", or they can turn it over to the state as abandoned property or contraband.  Let the crooks go argue with your state AG over why an unlicensed lender running a fraudulent lending racket should get their money back.

I have been receiving calls from URS SOLUTIONS on behalf of Vince Enterprises from 716-402-1145 and they say Michelle michaels is calling but when I call back anyone takes tje call and place me on hold for 2 secs and comes right back with all my info. Hum. Yes I have done pay day loan online and believe that's my downfall cause they have my ss# and bank info which has been closed for years and they say the case is from 2010. When I told the rep I am unaware of what she is speaking of and she gows into making a pmt arrangement to settle. I decline and told her to send meEVERYTHING in writing so i can research for myself she immediatly got defensive, began to lose her unprofessional manner and Hung up on me after stating we will serve a warrant in your county. I said that's fine will it be in writing. That's when she kept stating about serving a warrant and Hung up on me. Again my fault for applying online. Now my info is in the hands of scammers. I am glad the acct is closed. I seriously doubt if the calls or scam can be stopped. This has been going on for years all around. It will take a dedicated lawyer who can pull some laqs out his a__ to even get a class action law suit to even put a stop to this. People we have to stop putting our personal info on the internet. Our ss# is all we got to make us or break us. Cause I did do another loan online in 2011 and that would explain how they got my current phone #. I'm gonna chg it. Lol. But I really just wantef to share and hope this helps someone.
