Got ANOTHER Sprint Operator call...says the number is '0'????
I'm not answering it so they can go screw...

They called today, July 4th at 7:45 PM....

They must be crazy or it's a spoofed number...

If they do call again, I'm going to blast them with an air horn!

Got a new EVO 3D phone, and have had a Sprint Operator (0) call me twice...what do they want from me? Is it a spoofed number? Had to master reset the phone when an app went ballistic, but can't figure out why Sprint Operatpr would call...account is up to date, so it's not a billing thing...

Pretty much the same thing happened to me, except when I called back I was put on hold and finally hung up.  They have been calling me once or twice a week for at least 6 weeks now!

They have been calling me at least twice a week for months now.  Finally called and was on hold.  Pressed O to "speak" to the operator and got a v/m system that did not identify who they were at all.  They want you to leave a message and they will call you back.  Don't think so.

I called the number and it stated the company was called CMC.  I was asked to leave a message.  The funny thing is my caller ID says "Sprint Operator".  I am not the primary on my account, so why would the opperator call me?

Called and spoke with a representative.  Told them I did not have any business with them.  Operator asked for my number, I gave (maybe a bad idea) and was asked if I was someone else.  I said I wasn't and was told my number would be removed.  We'll see how it goes.

Hey Just so you guys know, if this happens, answer, get a name of the company, do not release any personal information, look it up online, make sure it has a valid verisign check on the webpage, verify that, then call again.

This is a scam, and I suspect our friend "diz" in involved. My father-in-law received a "phishing" bill from "Patient Financial Services" at Cedars-Sinai. (He got a phone call from "Verizon" the other day with the same MO. When we called the real Cedars Patient Financial department, they said that he had no outstanding balance. These crooks send out this stuff to seniors hoping they'll take the bait and call, then give away their SS #s and other personal information. Huge identity theft issues here. Beware of "Bills" or "Collection Agencies" with PO Boxes. Always call the institution directly to verify before giving anyone your personal info. Freaking crooks! Beware of anyone using the (866)644-0153 number or the PO Box 7250, Westchester,Il 60154 or PO Box 1022, Wixom MI, 48393.

maybe if you guys actually answered the phone when that number is called or actually call back the number on your caller id and tell them its a wrong number or, i dont know, pay your bill, you wont have that problem. thats the thing with ignorent people these days. you just think hanging up fixes it. well it doesnt.

since i did that i havent had any problems. pay your bills, answer their questions, help the economy even. dont ignore them, or any other agency for that matter.

I just received the same call as the others.  Not only did they not tell me who they were, they were trying to reach someone I had no idea who it was.  The only thing I have found online is this web address http://www.creditmanagementcorp.com/Commercial-Collection-Agency.htm

I get a call everyday with a message i should call this 877-882-1637 and give a reference number fap865. My caller I.D. shows only 0 . Sometime I get this call several times a day. it looks like from the other posts that it is a collection agency. Must be from the previous owner of my cell phone number. It is very annoying I talked to sprint about it but they said they could not block the number.

Keep getting calls with unknown caller ID. Asked reason they are calling, only will say 'personal' for person they are looking for (does not live here anymore) asked them to stop calling, will see if this works but I do not think they will stop. Will tell them again if they call. Gets annoying as they call at different times of day/night and we work early and try to sleep at night.

For the past month, I've received about 15 phonecalls on my cell phone from the number 0 at all hours of the night, with no other trace of who might be calling.  The most recent time they called there was a prerecorded message left in my voicemail from "credit management systems" and I was supposed to return the call at 18778821637.  I did call and left a voicemail for them telling them I knew for a fact I had no business with them since I've been fortunate enough to never have a bill go into collections.  We'll see if the calls stop.

A recorded message states the phone number and a reference number for me to call. There is no live person to talk to. There is no way to stop these phone calls unless I return their call. They call constantly and don't identify themselves.

A collection agency looking for a person who owned the number before me. They continued calling after I explained that the number they have is wrong.
Will call again and ask for their address. According to FCC regulation, they can be fined $1000 for each call after having received certified mail. Read about this when you google "Allied Interstate" credit collection.
