I've also gotten a call from this same number around the same date as Allision, and I have not received anything in the mail regarding the payment. They said they are going to serve me papers at my place of employment or work. They've called twice the first time my mom answered and asked the lady about the issue, and told the later named Ms. Spears my attorney would call her and she than hung up. I've learned through research though that a debt must first be presented in writing, which I haven't gotten any of that type of information from this company.

A lady named Jessica Patterson claimed to be a state processor called a few of my relatives stating that she has issued a warrant for my arrest and will garnish my wages for "Check Fraud" to a payday lender from 2004 however, she couldn't verify or confirm when and if I was notified in writing of the debt.  Long story short I asked her questions as of when and if I could receive a copy because if this is a debt that I owe I would like to clear it up.  She paused and said they don't mail anything out because they are a green company.  My question to her was..so you want me to pay you $1000 which is more than I allegedly owe just based on your word.  I asked for a manager, their address, etc and she hung up.  Sorry folks if you owe a debt and you are not notified about it nor given and valid documentation I would say forget it because it doesn;t make sense to get all stressed out because of this company's bad collection tactics.  They are not calling from a State Agency nor is the woman from the State of Texas or any other state.  They are trying to make money and they've hired some dumb ones to do it.
