Got the call today.  Wanted to lower my interest rate.  RED FLAG when they asked for my account number.  I told them I wasn't comfortable giving out that information over the phone.  There was a reason given as to why I had to confirm the number.  Made up some excuses and got rid of them.

calls continously suggesting that they are calling about my credit card.  They state that the call is urgent and they have important information about my account.  When you press the nunber 1 as requested, they began asking you if you are calling about the 6,99% interest card, I said NO! Take my phone number off of your calling list.  They hung up.  This has happened twice.
