This number calls my cell frequently. Every time I answered there was no one there, so I just saved them to my address book and set a ring tone of "No Ring " They can call until the cows come home but all I ever hear is the little beep that signals a missed call.

I keep telling them they have a wrong number and they keep calling.

I decided to call the number back and they are a collection agency.  They were looking for someone who I have no idea is but they never said anything when I picked up the phone.  The woman apologized and said she would remove the number.  We shall see.

Phone rings....no one says anthing.

Gotten several calls from this number.  I finally answered it thinking it might be legit.  No one answered.  I hung up after 5 seconds.

Everyday we have reseaved a call from this number no one speaks they just hang up after 15-30 seconds. Who does this number belong too and why do they keep calling?

It really doesn't make any difference how many times you change you change you're phone number. An automated dialing machine dials those numbers at random and you're number just happened to pop up on their random automated call list. Nobody gave them you're number but they have very unethical ways of getting it just happens that way. When a number pops up their machine dials it and expects you to answer and believe me those dialing machines never get tired or frustrated and they just keep on dialing and going down a list of sequential numbers until yours comes up. They dial thousands of numbers a day. If you do answer then they got you they know someone is there, no matter how many times you change you're number they will keep calling the number at that address. You must remember you are dealing with some of the sleaziest people on earth,,(SO PLEASE DON"T ANSWER),, I don't know how long they will keep calling before they give up but they eventually will. Also register you're phone number with the national,( DO NOT CALL REGISTRY) brought to you by the federal trade commission and register all you?re phone  numbers with them, you must be calling from the phone who's number you want to register. if you have two or three cell numbers call from each one of them as well as you're landline and register them all. Here is the phone number for the do not call list by the federal trade commission.(888-382-1222) As soon as they answer they will give you instructions on how to register you're number or numbers, it is very easy to do and in 31 days those jerks by law supposed to stop calling you. Received a call from today after having my cell number changed yesterday because I'm tired of getting these call. How did they get my new number, nobody has it but my wife and kids. This has to stop sometime. I don't owe them anything.

Call my cell number a day after I had the number changed. How did they get my new cell number. Tried to call them back twice but kept getting a phone message. It's time to STOP THIS !!

Every morning at 8:05 on the nose.  On do not call but doesnt matter.  Have no debts for them to collect!!!!  Hope they know my phone records every number and I keep a log.  Caller ID just says "toll free call."  They can go you know where

Yep, it's one of those Automated Dialers. Block it folks.

Received call from this number.  They hung up when I answered.  I am not the person they are trying to reach as there is no reason for a debt collector to be calling me.  I am very tired of receiving calls from these people.  They need to get their information right so they can honestly call the people they are after.

Received Call.  No one on other end when I answered.  I'm not the debtor... so tired of all these calls from all these numbers, and they just wont stop.

Got a call today.  They are a debt collector on old debts.  The recording was too fast, but i believe they are Vision Financial.

Also getting a daily call at about 8-8:15 am... never a name just We've been trying to reach you call back at 877-885-2007.  and we are on the NO CALL Registry... how DO these folks get our numbers.....

This number called making threats about how will I handle life in the near future. I asked who are they representing and they stated that I should know.
