Calls every day several times  does not say anything.  For a while they would say they were from some insurance then I told them to quit harrassing me and they do not say anything when I pick up but they do say something when my husband picks up.

They harass me day in day out so i finally decided enough was enough i downloaded this cool app called ignore call and i can look on my notifications and see that even still they call multiple times a day

I keep getting calls from this number several times daily. I am on do not call list but no one is ever on the line when I answer. Sick of the calls. Harassment. Want it stopped.

There is no way to stop the calls from being initiated since the calls are originating in India.  These people are essentially criminals and are beyond the reach of US law.  They are bullet proof and they know it.

The best way to protect yourself is with a call blocker.

I've gotten numerous calls from people identifying themselves as being from Auto Care using different phone numbers. I've told them repeatedly to stop calling me, and that I'm on the Do Not Call list - all to no avail. About a month ago, I took the guy's name and number, and told him that because I've gotten so many calls after telling them to remove my name, that I had no choice but to report them to BBB. He assured me that I wouldn't get anymore calls. He apologized and said he was just trying to help by offering me whatever it is he wanted to sell me. Then, today, I get another call. This time, it was with a local area code: 724-552-6900. I was shocked to hear the very foreign voice saying he was from Auto Care. This is the first time I got mad! I immediately tried to report them to BBB, but couldn't locate the business info to fill out the form. How can we make this stop. It's now harassment.

When I picked up, an indian accent guy said he from US Autocare...I got so many calls from this number per day, and used to other #s as well (area code 209 & 464). Either Mark/John Davis (lol). Requested to put on the uncalled list but never work. So frustration!!!!

I'am tire of receiving phone calls from this no. These people must be nuts to call someone 6 or seven times a day, I have gold them to quit calling But they just keep calling.They should have there service taken away.

I keep getting called by this number and I have specifically stated on three occasions to them to remove me from the list.  They have failed to do so I have had it.  The name of the company is automcare.com according to 'Bryan'   which is not an indian name I recognize.  He was rude, he wouldn't stop talking, I told him to remove my number from their list and he Kepot saying, Ma'm M'am, and not listing to what I was saying and attempting to talk over me.  Having just came from a funeral for a dear friend I am livid that they are getting away with this.

I completely agree! I have had the same issues, and have done the same thing. they just keep changing their number they call from. You can ask to be removed from their list, until your blue in the face. It does no good. I am so sick of it, I want to change my phone number. I am not even sure how I got on the list, as I haven't looked for car insurance, life insurance, Health insurance etc (all of which they ask you about. And as soon as you talk with them, they send out to the  masses, and then all the local companies start calling. Absolutely harassment! And sick of it!!!

Getting calls from 877-886-9298.  When I answer, they won't talk.  Then they hang up!  Several times a day.

I have been beset and beseiged by these calls (Auto Care), trying to quote me on insurance. If you allow them to quote you or even confirm the vehicle(s) you have they will sell your info to a hundred different insurance companies and 3rd party providers or agencies and you will never stop all the calls. I promise you it gets ugly. And, after they quit, they will start back up again within months.

Download "Call Blocker for Android" from Play Store. Android phones have a call blocker in their settings, but if you turn it on, it'll block EVERY call except for the ones in your phone directory. Not necessarily a good idea.

I'm receiving multiple call from this number all day long for some times now. This is getting very annoying now.

I get calls like this and add them to a JUNK file on my cell phone. Next time they call you'll see JUNK on your cell phone,,, either ignore them or have fun with them. I hear a police whistle type is very affective on the phone.. Waste their time as much as you can, that pisses them off too.  Then I read somewhere when you get a call from a computer, a blank call,,, hit the # key quickly for 7 times of so,,, that's suppose to key their computer that this is a bad number.

that's not true  I get this call all the time and have never been negligent on a single bill.  this number may have multiple purposes but for me not debt collection.

I am getting many calls from the following number:  8778869298.  There is no one on the phone and I do not know who this is.  

this number has been calling all morning long, they must have called 8 times so far and it will only ring once  and hang up. So when I call this number back  it gives me a message code : tx87155  . they need to stop calling!

I save all the scam numbers under a contact called "DONT ANSWER" then I just reject the calls, eventually they slow down and then stop for six months before they pick up again. Its better than nothing but that was my least favorite thing about the iphone

SCAM, I just got a call from this number and I could barely understand the lady. I was trying really hard to understand her because I heard the words "auto care" and my husband just bought a new car this week. I thought maybe they were the company involved in the loan or selling at first. I kept telling her I couldn't understand her and after several attempts to hear what she was saying all I could tell was that she was trying to verify that my name and address matched the phone number.

Ya they call all the time, more than half of those times no one speaks and the call ends. Today, I finally got to speak to an Indian guy, supposedly named "Jason." How many Indians do y'all know that are named Jason? Lol anyways I played along to see if I could get more information on the company they work for. Of course they couldn't release any of that info but I will keep trying and if I find out anything I will post back on here. I'd like to give them a taste of their own medicine!
