877-889-2024 is usually a call from Sears office in the Phillipines.  I have recently been dealing with a delivery issue and that is the number that shows when they call back.  Phone calls received from Sears in Canada do show Sears in the call display.

They have been calling over and over, just to hang up as I answer. Very annoying!

As I'm sure you have a cell phone, do a web search for a call blocking app. There are free ones, as well as fairly cheap ones. Read the information to make sure you get the one that suits your needs. They call - you go 'by by'!

I'm a 17 year old who has never shopped at Sears more over I've been getting calls from them since I got my phone. Months ago. Every time I pick up no one answers and it's really  annoying as I can't tell them to stop when there is no on the other line.

they are bothering me now and I have had nothing to do with them for years now; they even closed the local catalogue office   presume Wally world drove them out.

hard to do when ISP Bell refuses to provide "detailed billing" option to customers. Great for helping robocalls criminals get off scot free I guess.
They claim data not in their system when asked; has to be in their system or call display would not work; law enforcement can get it also. Why not customers.

Just got a call here in Nova Scotia...didn't bother answering the phone. When I called back I got an automated message saying "You have dialed a number that is not available from your calling area".......well I really WISH my number wasn't available from their "calling area".....!!!!!!! Hope to NOT hear from them again!!!!!!

Number has called my residence several times. No one on other the other side. Probably using my number to jump call. Telemarketing? Placed a call block on number.

I don't know if it is Sears or not but I never (ever) answer phone numbers on my cell if I don't recognize the caller. If they leave a message and I feel it's legit then I may answer the next time I see that number. I get a call from this number at least once a week and they NEVER leave a message. Why would they not ever leave a message when they call? To me that is suspicious. I tried calling this number today and got an automated response saying "the number is not available from your calling area."

Please have the above # stop calling or I will be forced to take action

THIS NUMBER, 877-889-2024, HAS CALLED MY CELL MANY TIMES IN THE LAST FEW DAYS.

I HAVE TRIED DIALING BACK USING MY HOME PHONE, ALSO DIALED BACK WITH A '1'(FOR LONG DISTANCE) IN FRONT BUT TO NO AVAIL.

AM NOW SENDING A TEXT BACK ON MY CELL WITH THE MESSAGE 'STOP'.

This is indeed Sears calling.  They were calling us in regards to a purchase we made a few weeks ago.

A question to the rest of you...  How does it help anyone else to know that they called you 16 times and you didn't even pick up the phone?  If you are "smart" enough to not answer, please be smart enough to keep it to yourself.  It makes the site a bear to search through to get to someone else's post that has relevant information.

They are obviously idiots, because there is no one on the line when you answer and they say they can't take the call from that number when you call them back.   So what do they want?  I would probably guess all they want is to sell your number to marketers.....

Sears warrantee service, lost count how many calls since I bought a stove. They need to stop calling NOW!

They call at least 4 times a day since I bought a stove from them. I do not want the warrantee or their calls!

We did buy a new appliance from Sears and have been getting daily calls from this number.
I just Googled the number and found this page so now I know I can go ahead and use my phone's Block Number feature. Next time they call it will ring once and that's it. I do this with all spammer calls. Block Number is a very useful thing to have on your phone.

Call blocker might be your best bet.

Please stop calling my number and not leaving a message or any regards to what your calling me for. I tried to return call to no avail on who I'm calling back. It's not in service.

I have had several calls from this number, yet when I answer the phone - there is not one on the other line. I allow  wait time, in event that there is a reason for the delay in the 'caller' speaking to, only to hear a 'CLICK,' when they hang up.  If this is a calling service hired by Sears, Sears needs to know I do not appreciate this rude, voiceless int eruption to my day.

If it is Sears Canada  why do they not have their name show up on the telephone like most companies do. If there is no name I won't answer.  But when you answer nothing there.

It's Sears calling about warranties I believe using automated phone calling.

I've received 17 calls from this number in two days.  I'm at my wit's end.  If it is Sears, there is no way I'll ever set foot in their store again.

I am getting these calls just about everyday, sometimes 3and4 times a day and I want them STOPPED

DON'T call the calling number back! Instead, call  866-491-2247. This is Sears Customer Service. Tell them to remove you from their calling list (and they'll stop mailing you flyers and catalogues too, if you wish.) The guy I spoke to was polite, and he said it was an automatic dialling system. He also said it would take a few days for them to remove my info.
