Have received a couple of calls from above number asking to speak to my husband.  Person will not say what they want.  When I asked what company they were with the person said what I thought sounded like Chemical Financial Group (which is probably Pinacle Financial Group as I saw in other messages about this).

It's a debt collection agency

This phone number is for Pinnacle Financial group. They call me numerous times a week from VARIOUS numbers. They're calling to collect for a t-mobile account. Typically when a debt collection company calls you it is via auto dialer. It usually takes a couple of seconds from the time you say hello to the time a rep answers you (the computer is connecting you to a live person.) Which is why you are greeted by silence when you answer. This is usually a dead sign of a collection company. Sometimes the computer drops the call before you are connected. Either way it's irritating. Another dead sign of a collection company is ?I?m calling in regards to a personal business matter.? Debt collection companies do no have to abide by the do not call registry, as they are calling to collect on a balance owed and the registry is to protect people from soliciting or people trying to sell you something. Its stated clearly on the DO Not Call website under More information - Information for Consumers NOT CHARITIES, SURVEY'S POLITICAL CALLS OR DEBT COLLECTORS. BUT collection companies do have to abide by FDCPA Laws and if they have the wrong number and you explain that to them, they are not suppose to continue to call. The FDCPA is also the reason they do not leave messages, as it is against the law for them to do so. I will leave this message on every phone number they call me from.

It?s getting difficult to keep up with all their phone numbers. All you have to do is answer the phone, if they ask for someone other than yourself, tell them it's a wrong number and tell them whatever other numbers they are calling and ask them to remove those as well.
The national do not call list applies to telemarketers, not debt collectors. It's possible your cell and home numbers are recycled numbers from people who did have a debt.

We actually technically don't have a "list" because it isn't telemarketing, so that's probably why the person got mad. We have to deal with angry people all day and sometimes it's difficult to handle.
Just call back and talk to them like a regular person and they SHOULD be nice to you. We really do appreciate when someone is honest and pleasant with us. It makes a difference, trust me!

FYI, the 952 number is just another number for our company. We give out the 800 numbers so its toll free, and because different departments have different numbers.

I know the calls are annoying! Trust me, MOST of us are geniunely nice people. I don't know why some people have issues getting connected to a live person, because trust me, we're there! If it's a wrong number, politely explain that to them. I know its hard to be nice with the stereotypical debt collector being super mean, but if you're nice, they should be nice to. If they're not, just ask (nicely) for a manager and explain it to them

Please understand this is just our job. We're regular people like you just trying to make ends meet.

Get numerous calls from this number. Finally just called them back to see what was going on and they were looking for someone I don't know. When I asked them to remove me they said that I had been removed already because I called already this morning. I have called a lot of debt collectors back today so they must be partnering up against this lady because I had NOT called this particular number or company yet. Hope she went someone without a phone because these people call incessantly looking for her!

Calls 4 times per day, no voice mail. My family also receivd a call from this number and we live in seperate households. They demanded my information! Who does this!

It is from a company called Pinnacle financial....I have written them a letter telling them they are not allowed to call my home or cell phone, provided them with the numbers, and told them I only deal with them through the mail, as I want everything in print for my protection.  I am making the payments, and they still keep calling me!  I have great records just in case they try and tell me that they never recieved the payments....like the stubs from all the money orders, date they were cashed, copies of everything I send to them and they send to me..... NOT A VERY GOOD COMPANY TO WORK WITH.

Caller ID comes up "unknown" and calls anywhere from 2-6 times a day.  No other info available.

Just received a call from this number. No one would answer on the other end regardless of how many times I said hello.

That is how they got you!  How much was the shipping the amount of some outstanding bill?  We had a restaurant here that used to tell check bouncers to come in and get their free breakfast!  Put their name up on the outside signage.  The person would show up and they would tell them that they had already received their free meal and would they now be so good as to make good on the check?

I get calls probably 3 times a day from this number, I never pick up because they are rude. If the clinic wants me to pay them, they are going about this the wrong way. I pay them a certain amount each month but it only goes towards one bill, they don't compile them all together. A**holes.

These people called my house and threatened my babysitter and said they new it was me on the phone and told her a bunch of stuff they was gonna do. Now she doesn't want to answer the phone at all. How can they live with theirselves doing something like this to a 15 year old. All of this is over a $7.60. And I don't owe this. It has been paid long ago and I have the reciept. This stuff needs to be stopped.

We have been called twice, by these guys, a computer call. No information, just that we should call this number. Turns out a bill from a doctor that we never received, was referred to Pinnacle ( debt collection )(we got the bill from the hospital and it has been paid) . They were rude etc, however once we got past that, and got down to business, they behaved themselves. Our insurance company is now looking after it. Too bad our doctor now must share his fee with these jerks.

I just got my first call from this number. I answered and they hung up on me after about 10 seconds of silence. I don't owe anyone any money or anything so they're not trying to collect money from me. No idea what they may be calling for.

I receive about 2 calls per day. Caller claims I owe money. I have told them repeatedly that the owner of this phone does not and that they have the wrong number.  They still call.

this number calls my home OFTEN, asking for a person, I have asked them NOT to call several times, they dont listen... they call back asking for another person, i ask if they called looking for the first person, NO they say.. too bad they lie i have caller id.....  they are very rude and annoying..... they call and say people gave them my number, i doublt that, becos I have heard of none of them... they called a few minutes ago, and hollored at me for yelling at them, i asked what is it you dont understand, I told you not to call my nimber, she replied, mam your being recorded..hahahah.... i said well gee you are so stupid, you dont understand, I told you not to call again, these calls come at all hours !! she finally said I will take your number off our list...

This number I called, and an actual person answered. Its for some Pinnacle Financial Group.  The person on the phone refused to answer what kind of business this company does, all she said was that "we do a lot of business here".  I thought this was particularly rude.  She kept requesting my number as well, but for a company that calls 3 times a day, they ought to know.
