Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

I have uninstalled everything from my computer and I guess it took them awhile to figure that out. They call 2 or 3 times a day.I don't answer calls unless I know who it is. I might have to answer 1 and tell them I want my money back. I already told Total Defense I want my mney back but they have no records. Will be sending them my records.  However,  they have carefully chosen which emails to send and I don't have all records of payments. I do have some and will be following up as I am very unhappy with IYOGI!!!

This number keeps calling me, plays music and nothing else.  Don't know what to do to make it stop!!

I WILL NOT renew with their service.  Please have them stop calling me!!!!!!! over and over and over!!!!!!!!!!!!

I thought I was the only one receiving calls from them ? I told them about a year ago, clearly that I do NOT need to renew my contract. I am not even using the same computer anyway. This is harassment. They call you every single day, never leave a voicemail. I'm tired of it, TIRED!!

I originally made contact with this company, I yogi, when I made contact with NetGear support to get information on a new router I purchased. It was a very unsatisfactory experience. I eventually got the router to work correctly. However I yogi has been calling every few day to sell me additional "services". They call both my cell phone and house phone. I blocked them on my house phone and entered their number as "I yogi do not answer" on my cell. That way when I am driving and can't view caller ID I don't answer it by mistake. I also took care to remove all their software from my computer and moved all sensitive data to external removable storage in cast they left something behind. I doubt I will buy NetGear again since this is their support system.

iyogi,my subscription is not up till January but they have already stopped my service in October.will never use them again.

I purchased IYOGI support through May of 2016. I also purchased ID Theft  and Total Defense Anti Virus protection.  I have used them numerous times including adding Windows 8 to my 7 year old HP computer.  It seems when one of my problems is fixed another problem is created.
Hard to keep up with all the deals offered every two months or so. Tired of being bilked for money from them. I hope to purchase a new Laptop soon, using local tech services for support.

Yup it is iyogi.   Too bad about thatl.  You had local people who could handle any problem you have but you went online and got these sleeze balls.  Now they won't let you alone. Good Luck!

Don't be an idiot. How can you have let these people on your computer the first place?  Don't you have someone in your business community with expertise to take care of issues?  These people are like herpes,  They keep coming back.   I don't know how many people these parasites have latched onto in our   communtiy.    Check your computer to see if the you have iyogi  installed  uder my downloads and delete the link You fool!  No guartentee that will stop the calls but it is a start,   And you cannot stop their calls.   Put up with it don't answer.   They will eventually go away but they will be back.

This company (iYogi?) calls repeatedly every day and immediately afterward my cell phone rings from 877-687-6011.  Cell phone rings in the middle of the night and early morning also. Until last week or so they called from 877-687-6011. They do not leave a message.  This has been going on for several weeks.  Something needs to be done about this company.  I plan to remove their program from my computer before the annual renewal date.

Re:  iYogi - Phone calls four to six times a day to my land line and cell phone come in from 877-687-6011 also.  Cell phone calls come in during the middle of the night.  They are from iYogi and I am sorry I ever took their computer tech service. They are very unethical and should be prevented from conducting business in the US.

I'm glad to know that's who they are. They've actually done some decent work for me, but they get awfully annoying with the unwelcome phone calls. The last time I called them, I was told that they couldn't fix my problem and I needed to take my brand new Gateway back to the factory. I ended up getting the problem fixed without having to take it anywhere. Needless to say, I won't be renewing the service.

iyogi keeps calling me for tech service and to sign up for something. I found that blocking the number from my cellphone provider worked temporarily, but they call from different numbers. Heres something to think about. If you use any type of software or verify email service from big brand companies. beware that they are probably using this company because they are cheap and so this company steals our phone numbers and makes solicit calls.

This is definitely Iyogi calling.  It is a computer repair service based in India.  They are not honotring my request to be put on their do not call list.

I am now an iYogi customer, but my subscription is not up until 02/13. They keep calling to get me to renew my subscription, although I have told them twice that I will contact them when or if I decide to renew. Are they stupid? I know they understand English, because that's the language their representatives use when they call with their medium pressure sales pitch.

Yep, IYOGI.  They are in India.  Another person in this thread said they hound you to death and that is the absolute truth!

I uninstalled their program because it froze my pc. Now I'm up fro renewal and they never stop calling. They even call my cell. Drives me crazy. They use long distance numbers as well as 011 and toll free numbers. They are rude and won't leave me alone.
