Received what is apparently a robo-dialer, despite me being on the Do-Not-Call list.  I answered and only heard noise/static.  

I get a call everyday from 877-893-8038. I don't answer. It rings about 4 times and stops.

Keep getting calls from 8778938038. I don't answer. This morning got call at 845am. I'm sick of it.

Phone rang for approx. 3 times then hung up.  Phone number displayed and registered as Unsaved number.  I did not call back nor did they call me back.  At least for now.  This only happened today.

I am on the do not call list but they still call

I have called back many times and hit the number requested to be removed from the list!

These people continuously call my phone i usually ignore it. Its very frustrating especially when your in class or working having your phone go off because of stupid people calling that don't need to be.

I receive at least four calls from this number per week.  Never answer and they never leave a message, but I am tired of it.  I am on the Do no call registry and still get them repeatedly.

they call about 4 times a day but they know when the answer machine picks up so they hang up on third ring!

i got a call from this number many times. and these two days, this number has been contact me more than 1 times a day. they even contact me at night time. who can tell me who they are and how to track the number and get the caller's info?

8778938038 keeps calling I did threaten to get a lawyer if the called one more time and just got a call again after two weeks when I told them that. Anyone know a lawyer that will take the case?

Received a call from this number and shortly after received another from 661-347-5643.  From the caller of this number, I was told that I applied for going back to school.  When I said I didn't know what he was talking about, he apologized and hung up.  The caller from the second call wasn't so nice.  He kept saying "we can help you go back to school".  I finally rudely told him to listen to me...that I had not applied to further my education.  He said "Fine. Good-bye" and hung up.

I don't know who this is but I just do not answer when it comes up on my phone.

I do not answer.  Eventually  they stop calling.  You can tag it yourself as" sales call do not answer.  " If they didn't leave a message   forget it and  is a computer  calling.

I do not appreciate these annoyance calls! I DO NOT answer! I also want these calls stopped!

I get a couple of rings every morning and then it hangs up.  They're up to something. When I got checks made at the bank they sent them to some craptastic printer that sold my new number to a bunch of places. i know it was them cuz it happened right after i put my new number on checks and I haven't started using the checks yet and I had the new number a long while with none of this. Now it's these jokers and some new one everyday..

This place calls my cell 15 to 20 times a day I have told them time and time again I'm not interested and please remove me from their list... And time and time again they keep calling... Was told just now it take 24 to be removed from their system... Told the Gal well I'm not sure how long 24 hours is from where you come from but here in my world it doesn't run for WEEKS....... STOP CALLING !!!!!

on t-mobile I have the chance to easily block numbers. Every time I get a message from these a**les I just block that number. Sucks that this is even a solution, but the number of calls has dropped...

No, it isn't.  It's a government-funded organization.  If you're registered there and you get telemarketer calls anyway, they take action to stop it.

This makes perfect sense that the number would have been provided by Liberty. Sadly, I didn't go to Liberty or look into entering Liberty. I applied for a job:(  You wouldn't think they could sell numbers off employment applications! Shouldn't there be a law against that?
