This company is targeting licensed insurance agents. They get their numbers from the department of insurance. I am not an insurance agent but the person who must have had my number before was an insurance agent. All you have to do is ask them to take you off their calling list and they do it very quickly and politely.

I received an unsolicited call on my cell from this number this afternoon at 2:05 and refused it. I researched the number and it is TWG Capital ("Immediate Cash Freedom from debt"), www.twgcapital.com.
