Don't know who is calling from this number, they don't leave a message. If they have something to say why don't they say it? every morning At 8:00. Of course I can't have my cell phone at work, so I havn't answered. I think it's rude to call and not leave a message

I am behind a payment (unemployed) I call them almost daily. Yet I get calls saying this is an urgent call from CF, we have been unable to reach you. So I dont bother taking the calls, as they make a note I called and keep calling 10 times a day. They even called my parewnts in another state. How embarassing. I bought 5 Chryslers all financed through them. This is the last. I'd rather ride a donkey than buy a Chrysler

I just got a call from them and I don't even own a Chrysler. I own a Toyota. My wife doesn't own a Chrysler either and her car is paid off.

Yes it is Chrysler financial and they are very rude or like others have said DO NOT LEAVE A MESSAGE... HOW THE HECK WOULD YOU KNOW WHO IT IS IF THEY DON'T IDENTIFY THEMSELVES... DUH?

I was off work for 9 months and so we did get behind and i had been calling and letting them know of when to expect the next pmt anyway this one guy was such an a** to me  he said " I WANT MY MONEY I GAVE YOU ".... AND I SAID "WAIT JUST A MINUTE!... YOU DIDN'T GIVE ME ANYTHING IT WAS A FINANCE CO.. NOT YOU PERSONALLY SO DON'T TALK TO ME LIKE THAT AGAIN!

I agree i will not finance through them again...

my wifes been laid off since january.we been behind anywhere from 2 weeks to a month lately.they called and my wife answered and he was the rudest s.o.b.he said things like.why don't you borrow the money and you have to pay now.for 20 minutes he was yelling at her like she was dirt.we have been late but no more then 30 days plus i been giving them like 40 dollars more then the scheduled payment.we are fid up.they call 10 times a day.he said they don't care she was laid off.we won't buy another chrysler.

I think that I shuld put this piece of s**t diesle truck up there a** and by some china car. So what I am having a hard time paying one late payment. as I arecall there crying on tv and asking alll of us tax payers to save there a**, what about all those Billions of our Tax $$$ they took to payoff their bills??? I wished I had that oppertunity. Hell no I am selfemployed so Im lower than whale s**t. not even good enough to be nice and leave a message or have the heart to  say hey what can we do to help you out. defer a payment maybe intrest only this month. It is Chrysler but it is my understanding that Chrysler Financial was bought by GMAC, so they could care less of Chrysler now.  They GMAC of course is going to get their money one way or another, and harrassing you is one way they think they can do it.  After 3x of telling them not to call at work, they still do it, I have gotten written up 2x because of it now.  Totally uncalled for and unprofessional!!!  Last time I ever get a vehicle financed with them.  For the record, I am only 1 week behind.

They've been calling me for two days this time... the funny thing about it is that I'm only late 2 days!  This month I mailed the payment to avoid additional charges and did not want to pay via their website... which lost last months payment for over 2 weeks after it cleared the bank.

So here I am with my phone set to silent because of the mail running slow? Oh I don't think so... time to get rid of my Dodge Truck and start looking elsewhere.

Also... I think its time they start to realize that you typically don't pay on time because you DON'T HAVE the money, and not because you are just holding out from them as they seem to speculate.

I am so sick of Chrysler financial.  They call constantly, but the do not leave a message.  I wish they would all loose their jobs and be out on the street.  Let them feel the pain.

Yeah, it's Chrysler financial debt collection allright! I like Ty's comment about one payment left. Well, what about all those Billions of our Tax $$$ they took to payoff their bills??? Huh?? Yeah, what's good for the Goose is good for the Gander. Chrysler should not only payoff Ty's last payment. But, offer him a Super good deal on a New car or truck. The nerve of these big co's!!!

You would think that chrysler financial would understand hard financial times as they are almost bankrupt.  The next time they call you should remind them of that!!!!!

Yep...Chrysler Financial.  I have one payment left.  One!  I just lost my job and told them to chill.  She said she'd make a note of it and they'd probably keep calling me anyway.  I guess I'll just keep calling my local branch of my bank until they magically come up with the cash to pay the damn thing off >:(

Yep I am behind due to a string of bad luck.  They dont seem to consider the last 3 years of my never being late.  They call and threaten with nasty messages all day long or dont leave a message at all.  I have been staying a payment behind for about 3 months now.  I pay on the past due payment a little at a time added to my current payment.  Why cant they take my tax dollars and apply a percentage to it?  Or better yet...just be civil!

i never dreamed so many people have had same problems with chrysler.  why are they allowed to harass and attack hard working people that are few days late w/ payment??  they don't even pay their own bills and these morons harass people while ceos lay on their million dollar yahts and get government bail out.  chrysler is the ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY to work with   they are not flexible to work with you to resolve problems and everybody you talk to tells you something different.

like everyone on all of these complaints,my story is the same,however as of last week,I am done no more C.F.,paid off,and to them I say ," C.F.you can kiss my rebel butt,that is B-U-double-T BUTT !!"

These folks keep calling me.  The person there looking for is not located on the number that I now own.  I tell these folks to stop calling but they call 10 to 15 times a day just to chew me out.  I'm getting tired of these idiots calling me.  Can anyone give me advise on how to stop these knuckleheads.  Thanks!!

I made a payment they said my payment bounced it did not.  I am now getting calls all the time.  This is there mistake and they are giving me a hard time.   They say I am months behind because of this. How are they able to get away with this?  They always get there payment I wish I never bought my truck.  I will never buy another thing from them again.

Cars of poor quality, cars that are made with cheap plastic, bumpers too low to the ground and get broken on standard wheel stops in parking lots.  A once decent autombile company that should have simply gone the way of Packard, American Motors, Studebaker, get federal bail-out money to reward their poor record of quality.  The worst part, after 4 and a half years of payments on time, with 6 months to go, I am forced to be late with this one, afer paying for a hugh repair on this pile of manure.  The calls are endless, and they call during your working hours, in spite of the fact I've told them I can't speak to them during that time.  

It's time to call back the bailout money and let Chrysler sink for good.   When Diamler got their claws into Chryler, they raped to company and left it for dead.  

As far as CF, simple, I told them four phone calls ago when they would be fully paid, and payments back on time.  That's this coming Wednesday.  But the b*****ds keep calling 5 times a day.  Call all you want, it won't make it any faster.

I just changed my phone number (through AT&T) since I have recently moved to a different state--next day I received a call from 877-894-5721 and did not answer it since I didn't recognize the phone number (and haven't yet notified all of my personal contacts of the new number)---I don't even own an auto so don't know why the company discussed in this website would call me. Figure the phone company must provide new numbers automatically to various industries, which really sucks.

How about this... I am leasing a car from Chrysler, and I'm not even late on my payments.  This is also the number they use to schedule their "lease inspections"... I told them once that when I turn my car in at the dealer, they could inspect it.  They keep calling about 10x a day wanting to know when they can inspect it.  I'll never buy or lease a Chrysler product again.

Yes the Joys of Chrysler Finacial... Started getting calls from the turkeys. Now I know I am over the grace period and when I bought then damn vehicle, My hubby and I were making alot more maoney than we are now. He was bumped to part time and I had to take a huge pay cut. But it is never 30 days late and they always get their money. Yet,I have peices of the molding fall off and seats falling apart and if you dont start the damn thing after two days you have to jump the battery... So I have this piece of crap for 2 more months and then I can dump it. But not until I can sit down and explain math to these Jacka$$. Because not they have charge my account with 200 dollars in late charges.... But I make the same payment every month and well before the 30 days! Why did my tax money go to bailing out a bunch of people that are not greatful to have a job and can not add or subtract??? Chrysler Finacial makes me ashamed of being a white collar auto worker. I have a Ford and never get treated that way and I am looking at GM now.. Might as well support where I work. ( I got the van before I started working there)

I am not defending chrysler but by law(in most states) your car can be repossessed any time your contract is in default.  If your payment is not paid by the due date it is in default.  There is no such thing as a grace period when it comes to being in default.  Where people get confused is by law a late charge cannot be charged until it is 10 days late, but it can legally be repossessed any time it is in default meaning 1 day late or more, or any other contract violation such as not have comp and collision insurance, or using the vehicle in an illegal manner  such as racing or any other use that would put the collateral in danger.  There are a few states that have a right to cure law that require the creditor to send a notice to the debtor giving them a chance to pay the loan, but this is only in a few states such as South Carolina.  Most other states do not have this law which means it is fair game as long as it is repossessed in a peacefull manner.

Yep I get these also. They call and want a cash payment via western union, But I made a payment on line three days ago and I have a confirmation number, they say tough crap if they don't get a western union right this second they are going to repo the car. Now why would I pay twice. That's rediculous, they say thats not their problem, I should go and borrow the money from someone, and get my priorities in line, I said ok, so loan me the money, they are so rude, you have no idea, last month I said ok, repo the car, it gets lousy gas mileage anyway, she said she would, so I hung up. I make my payments late, maybe 15 days or so as I am commission worker, but I am never over 30 days, so how in the heck can they repo a car for a 10 day late. They must be very desperate for every penny they can get.

We are almost paying our car off with them - they have never been this persistent. Oh well - this time we get to tell them to call our Ch 13 Bankruptcy lawyer - they got the bail out money we didnt!
