Received call from this company left no message called back they told me I owed them money but would discuss the matter with me. I don't understand how they even got this number since it is a new number and I haven't given it out yet.

I dont know who this is and why they are blowing up my phone.

I get this call and she is very rude. I asked what name of company and she asked "who am I talking with"?..I did not answer (privacy thing)

My phone rings twice a day morning and night.  Sometimes 7 or 8PM. They have been harrassing me for 3 months. I have had my phone number for 6 years. It's harassing my family. Ms. Sanders

Wow!!!  They just sent a text message that said 'PLEASE CALL".  Never had a debt collector send me a text message.

calls me costantly for a bill over 5 yrs ago it has my ex husbands name on it to i told them to call him well he is in canada they cant call canada

They called me and left a message asking for some person I've never met or even heard of... then the message goes on to say "there will be a slight pause"  and then "by listening to this message you are acknowledging that you are such and such... at which point I hung up because I was not said person.

I get calls all the time, up to 8 times a day. I told them 3 weeks ago that bottom line was I have no money which explains why I couldn't pay the bills. Out of work equals no cash. I told him to feel free to call all the time and run up their phone bills but it'd not change, I still won't have money, won't work out any kind of deal with them, and told him to have a great day. Idiot still keeps calling but I no longer answer.

ER Solutions is a collections agency. If they have te w # just let them know that. But if they do have the right # and your not the person they are asking for by law (FDCPA) they are not able to disclose what the call is pertaining to without the person they are calling for permission. Just a little FYI

got a call from er solutions, they would not tell me anything about who they are other than they can not tell me anything because i am not the person they want we have the same last name, however the three people i have talked to are very rude if that is anyway to run an office the world is going to hell very fast, I told them i wanted my number removed since i was not that person, and for them never to call me again
