A lady called insisting to speak to the owner. Said she was from Clear Creek and it involves a legal matter and that he has over paid his state taxes and she is going to help him get this fixed. All she would give me was a call back # & extension: 877-897-5786 x 271

Well they have started again. Called the office that I work in and tried to get the Dr.'s cell number and other information. They tried to make it sound very important, "a charge very in his favor" is what I was told to try to entice me into giving more information about my work. Only left me this number and his name, Ronald Jones.  A southern accent with a lot of background noise too, not very professional to me.

This is Clear Creek Tax they have two locations, one in Louisville, CO and one in Greenville, SC.  I went to the trouble to research all these types of companies.  Names, addresses, google research, BBB research, and in some cases supreme court research.  Thousands of people hire these companies every month.  I tried to be as impartial as I could, ?just the facts.?  Some of them have multiple locations, and some of them have multiple names in the same location.  14 Linked reviews for all the companies are at the bottom of the article.

They call  the  diner asked about that nick name, his name is not ASH , he is not in the state any more they said he over paid state tax, what a lie, the guy left to Egypt, and that is his name, that name we call him for fun , so how in hell he gets legal over paid tax, scam , scam scam , ever one have to watch.

Called our restaurant management company. When it became clear that I would not put them through without an appointment, I had to drag the name of the company out of the rep. At best, this company has vile business practices. At best, lousy reps.

Left a message saying wanted to talk to accounts payable. I never heard of Clear Creek Company. Anyone know who they are?

Jeffry Martins called our company from Clear Creek and told us that we owed $900,000.  I asked him how he knew and he said it was public record, but he wasn't, by law, allowed to send me anymore information.  I told him I was going to look into it and he said to call him back regardless so he could update his database.  I called the Department of Taxation and Finance and they said we were fine.

This company called our company and said she needed to talk to me about a legal tax issue.  She gave her name and an extension and said to contact her immediately.She called over the weekend, which was unusual.

Voicemail advised that our company had an overassessment and please call them back right away.  Sounds like a company wanting to perform S&U tax review for a percentage.

If this place calls you, do not give them any information.  They called the place I work for and told my boss he owes $40,000 in back taxes to the state.  He knew that wasn't true but called the Dept. of Revenue anyway and they said everything was ok.  They are some kind of gimick place.

This number called my neighbors phone asking for me. He has only lived in this state for a couple months. How would they have my name and his number when there is no relation. This seems to be a scam or some sort. I see that they say they are CLEAR CREEK TAX RESOLUTION but there is not one single tax problem here. What is the deal???????????????

They are a tax consultant. They supposedly help when you have outstanding tax debts.

I just got a call from this number at work asking to speak to the legal department, that they had a complaint against my company. It sounds very strange to me that they would call as this is a large corporation and they called one of our small branches...

Who is this company?  They called, left a message stating that I was to call them back regarding a legal matter.  The representative gave me her name and her extention to return the call.  Does anyone know more about this Clear Creek company?  I think they might be company that is trying to "help" the taxpayer who is trouble with the State or the IRS...
