Fraud call

I get these calls too, and we're going through the same thing your father did.  We also found that when we refinanced in 2008 they were supposed to only run the loan for about 10 yrs, we told them we wanted the house close to being paid off by the time we want to retire.  We didn't catch it, and they wrote the Note to run 20 years!!  So, we're making $1134.00/mo payments on our house (on a 125,000 loan)....for 20 yrs we will have paid over 270,000 for our house!!  I've talked to them about it, we had gotten behind on our loan, and they will not help us.  so, we're now stopping our payments and going to tell them where they can stick the house.  Warning to everyone....stay away from Wells Fargo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I get a call every hour starting at 8am . No one leave a message. When I call back no one answers. I had my house up for short sale had a buyer. Then wells Fargo stated I had to try to mortified the loan. So after about a year I was not eligible.  The we do the short sale again now they want me to sign papers stating that I Don want to try for a government loan. WTF.

When I answer the phone we are disconnected. They don't leave a message. I think they are just in the business of harassment, otherwise why not leave a message or speak to me when I answer the phone? As soon as this mortgage is paid off I will close every account we have with them including my 401k at work.

able to call after 5 days past your due date regardless of your grace period. call and let wells fargo know your plans to make a payment. they arent mind readers.

This is Wells Fargo. You won't believe this! Not only don't I have ANYTHING to do with them, my phone number is a Mexican cell phone number! WTF???

I keep getting these calls & I don't have anything with Wells Fargo! Reporting to the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY does no good. My cell company charge $5 for each blocked #. Guess I will change my cell phone #!!!!!!!!

These calls start on due date. It is ridiculous.  I am currently looking for another mortgage company.  This is harassment.  I will never go with Wells Fargo on anything else ever again.  They canceled our disability ins on our mortgage after we had paid in about 10 years.  Said there was not another program available.  Another scam to get extra money.  Never had used it and did not plan on unless something happened.   Worse thing I ever did was to switch from where I had my house mortgaged to Wells Fargo.  HUge lesson learned.

It is Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. They asked if I wanted to go on bi-weekly payment program and it sounded great, so I did it, and it is great to have my payments split up like this. But what is becoming a hassle is they call me on 11th of every month telling me, "we are attempting to collect a debt, and any....blah, blah, blah" So every time I speak with them they tell me they will not be calling again and a manager will fix the error in the system...yeah right.

This company calls from all sorts of phone numbers. They call every half hour.  I know I was several days later withour payment but this is harassement.

Wells Fargo...no message.

I keep getting these calls more than twenty times total within a two week period and don't have the guts to leave a message. I know we are one month behind in our mortgage, but you can't squeeze blood out of a turnip! We are on a fixed income, The mortgage reps don't even care about our financial hardship...they just want money, money, money...gimme gimme gimme!! GRRRRRR!!!

it comes up Toll Free call, but from the comment above it seems to be Wells Fargo. Wells Fargo also calls from numerous other numbers, some will show up on CID as Wells Fargo. I believe that some calls from Wells Fargo are automated some are a real person (believe it or not!!). They will call everyday all day until you answer. I have been dealing with them for over 3 years now. They are calling for my father who walked away from his condo, BUT, we TRIED getting him on a hardship progam before walking away from it and they denied him. So we basically told them that he was up and leaving, take it. But they just keep calling and calling and calling!

This number calls and leaves no message. How do I report them to the FCC?

They left a message but its in Spanish. Sorry but I only speak American english.

After 5 calls to my cell (which I did not answer), I finally called from a land line to request that my number be removed from whatever list it was on.  The call was answered by, " Hi, hot stuff, we've been waitng for your call."  This "hot stuff" hung up.

I keep getting calls from this number on my office phone but never on my home number. We are also getting calls from 515-331-9000 and 360-885-4360. They never leave a message. We answered a call from 515-331-9000 and went through a 30 minute call of strong arm tactics even though we are working on a short sale for our home. We were told we don't get to choose that option unless they say so. My understanding is that we can present a short sale offer and they choose if they will accept. Threatened with foreclosure last night and I am only 1 month behind on my mortgage.

These people keep calling.  Finally left a message to call "Kathy" but did not identify who they are.  When I say keep calling, all hours of day and night.  Finally have left a message to call, but nothing else.  Glad to know who they are.  they certainly don't return my phone calls, which have been many in last two months.  So, maybe I will be as prompt about returning their's as they are mine.
Thanks for letting everyone know who they are.  For a company that got tons of $$ in bail out and whatever, they certainly don't seem interested in doing anything but harassing people and not helping or listening at all.
