I have had the same problem with this St Armands, they deposited 300.00 in my account and then drafted my account for 90.00 when I caught it I closed my account. Now every few months a different collection agency will call threating me with issing a warrant for my arrest.  I spoke with my attorney and was told this was a scam.  I have kept tephone numbers and their names and when you try to call them back the number is not working.
I never authoized them to deposit money into my account in the first place.  I call St Armands and the lady I spoke with could n
ot produce a document that had my signature on it. So I think we al have the same idea they are con artist and this is a scam.
Today A legal Outsouring  group called and told me I had two loans with St Armands group.  I explained to the guy I did not and that the 300.00 loan they put im my account back in Oct 2012.  Each time a collection agency calls I tell them the samething.
Its a shame there are such crooks in this world, but there are.

I have had the same problem and unfortunately they were able to rack up 700 in fees before my bank closed my account. But I am still on the hook for the 700.00 to my bank. Even though I complained to my bank and put a block on it they were still able to cause fees to my account because they operate under several different names.  It took me almost a week to get someone on the phone. They keep you on hold for a long time hoping you would hang up. They deposited 300.00 into my account and I did not catch it until like two weeks later. I just assumed it was a child Support Payment.

This group deposited 250.00 on 06-05-2012, then they started ach debiting my account on 06-18-2012 every two weeks for 75.00, when I finally caught this and saw the seriousness of this I called St Armands letting them know I did not request or authorize a little loan of $250.00.  I did not sign any documents stating it was okay to start any loan services. I have googled and have found that I am not the only victim of this WHITE COLLAR CRIME.  Sure they will blame us cause we filled out a brief questionnaire, but I never authorized any loan for a mere 250.00.  It does not make any sense for me to dish out 2000. in fees to them for a small amount of money.  I reported to bank but because this criminal has his ducks in a row it looks like we approved this transaction.  I am seeking a full refund plus mental anguish.  This is a white collar crime or some scheme to rob people on the internet

I have been receiving these calls in regards to a friend who never was never loaned money from this company.  I have also researched them online and they operate under 5the different names.  I just spoke with the department of financial institutions in my state.  They have been receiving complaints about these people forever.  One of the last phones calls i got asked for money to be deposited into an off shore account.  If this has happened to you you can file a complaint at ic3.gov.  The threats of throwing my friend in jail are an absolute joke.  The next time you receive a call tell them you have reported them to your states department of justice...they'll most likely stop contacting you.  Good luck everyone!

Omg these ppl just called my job 15 min ago some braud named linda with a fake a** southern accent
She said she is located in bellwood and will be serving me papers within the next 2 hrs
For writing "bad checks" I don't even have a friggin check book!!!!
They put the 300 in my account around march and I spent it
But I was getting paid that following day and checked my account and noticed there wasn't any overdrafts the previous day from me paying some bills And noticed st armbands deposit so I called my bank who really didn't help the numbers listed for this company are bogus. You can't get through to anyone. So two weeks later they took 90 and sent me a email stating if I don't send a fax stating I will pay in full they will renew the loan plus continue to charge 90!
So I closed my account and opened a new one and that's when the harrasing calls started. I did fill out for a check n go payday loan online around the same time but u thought their site was secure. And they denied me the money anyways nit sure how these ppl got all my info but they did and I will be waiting on these papers from LINDA

I had the exact same thing happen only they got me.  I did answer their call at work, which told me they were coming with papers to sue me.  I left work, put the 780.00 into my account.  they got it!!!!!  I asked them a while ago to take the money and they never did.  I paid over 1,100.00 on a loan I NEVER authorized.  Because I did not know where or exactly when this loan was put into my account.  Now I am out 750.00 because that is all they could take.  :(((((

just found a 300 deposit from these people. only thing ive filled out is the Money Mutual. Apperntly MM is associated with this group. First and foremost DONT FILL OUT MONEY MUTUAL.. second call your bank the day after the deposit posts, and file a claim to return to sender. This is what I'm doing, I swear if I see any extra charges in my account they will be taken to court by me!

Thieves and Liars is what they are. I will post bad things about this website until the day I die for the money stealing that they are doing to people. Putting loans in people's accounts without their knowledge and then refusing to cancel the loan. Plus charging some 30 finders fee or something as soon as it is deposited. They also charge 90 for a 300.00 loan and if you just pay 90.00 at a time none of that goes towards the LOAN itself. So, in essence, you could pay them 90.00 a week for the rest of your life and still never pay off the 300.00 loan they put into your account, without your knowledge or approval.

I just talked to someone from CWServices (St Armands).  Call 1-877-907-5384.  Push 2 for reactivations.  That will get you a human.  Tell them about the deposit and that you have instructed your bank to send it back.

I received a deposit of $200 last month. I remember applying for so many online loans but none offered me the amount I needed. A Week after applying and denying loans, I discovered a $200 deposit from St Armands and I NEVER approved for any loan! I needed $1200. Not $200! How far would that take me!? I called the number that was on the deposit in my account. Never got a hold of anyone. Its been a month now since I've received the unauthorized deposit and since then they've been withdrawing $60 every two asks. I have no idea how long they will be doing this. I have no idea what the interest rate is and I have no idea on how to reach someone to just pay off the damn loan that I never approved of!  plus ever since the deposit, I've Been getting phone calls from debt collectors and the better business bureau. One even stated that I will be served with papers. What the f***?! More like u guys are gonna be served with papers! Bi****s!

I just got a call from a guy when i was at work today. he said he was an investigator or something. i did take out a loan of $150 last june and then i paid it back a few days later. i don't owe them anything and yet that guy told me i owed like over $300. that's messed up. they say they are going to serve me papers. my bank told me not to worry about it and that it's probably a scam. i'm still a little worried though.i'm goin to tell my bank to deny all deposits and withdrawals from them.

COMPLETE SCAM!! I checked my account this morning (Thank GOD) and heard that I had $300 more than I expected, so I called the bank and said that some company named Saint Armands had deposited this money in the account. I tried calling them and never spoke to a live person. I tried all the options and held on for about 7 minutes & 41 seconds each time. Finally they leave you with an option to leave a message and they hang up on you. So finally I called my bank again & talked to the Electronic Payment Department, you have to wait a day to file the claim since they can't move the money for a day since it has been deposited. The next day you have to call back and have them to return the money.  Of course if you spend the money then you will be responsible for paying the loan company back plus whatever interest they tag on it. & after reading some of these stories on this site, I don't think you'll be done paying for a great bit. Hope this was helpful, as for this experience I am done with this account and will open a new one. Peace & Blessings!

I was receiving emails via my work email (Which i don't provide to anybody unless it's work related) about some payday loans.  I assumed it was spam and I deleted them.  I remember seeing one from St. Armands saying that they had received my application but I was thinking to myself "What I never applied for a loan", so I ignored and deleted it.  Now I have $300 in my savings and its from them.  I keep trying to call them and they leave me on hold and tell me to leave a message with my information, which I don't.  I told my bank but they say they can't do anything about deposits so they suggest that I open another savings account.  Any suggestions??? Sad to say, but I'm kinda glad I'm not alone in this.  Messing with my money is like messing with my emotions!

I applied for a loan online and was preapproved pending I can provide required documents(check stubs and a signed contract). I was told they would not be able to deposit the funds until they recieved those proofs. After careful consideration I decided I didnt want to proceed with the loan and when I attempted to call back the company to withdraw my application I couldnt get ahold of anyone. I left several voicemails and finally a day later when I recieved a call from a man and I told him I didnt authorize the loan and I dont want it and how could they deposit the funds if they didnt have the required documents and he stated that they recieved an employment verification from my employer which was absolutely NOT true! When I asked who signed it the man hung up on me and NEVER called back and I still have yet to hear from anyone in the company. There is no address listed on the website and the only number provided is one that you cant get through to a live person. Every attempt I have made I have sat on hold for 30 minutes at a time only to get an automated voice stating to leave a msg and someone will call back. Needless to say I closed my account and they will NOT get one single penny from me and they will be lucky if they get the $200 back...BEWARE of online loan companies. I can almost guarantee this is a scam!!!

So you "went along" with it and were screwed.  Thank you for telling me this.  I guess I will have to not go along with it because I was thinking of doing that to "get this monkey off my back."  But I think I will have to close my damn account.  And get the deposit reversed.  The ONLY way.

Had the same scam pulled on me. Now that I know they are not licensed in WA state I have more to work with. I made an offer to pay the $300 pricipal only, and not the 90 interest fee. They agreed, but want me to mail it to a P.O. box in Kanas City, Mo.  I still have to contact my bank and have them put a stop payment on St Armands group ACH. I might as well just close the account at this point and fight them by just not paying it. They did the bait and switch. I applied for a loan online. I did not accept their terms ( and never would have) of $90 interest payment for a two week loan. They manipulated my signature and somehow used info from some other parter to get all of my information. But they don't have my apartment number so maybe they won't be able to send me any notices. This angers me to no end and I feel they might need a taste of their own medicine.
They caused me to accrue a $35 charge in my bank account already. If i do decide to pay anything I think I will deduct that fee at least. But I really think I just won't pay and prove a test case. I don't think they have q chance with so many consumer complaints.
