Says they are debt collection  in today's world who isn't in debt or living paycheck to paycheck  you never stop owning something or somebody  until  you  die that's when your debt finally stops

Help! this company keeps calling me and made me set up a payment plan with them to settle on line payday loans that I had taken out years ago....Threatening me with jail, papers, etc...when I asked them to send documented papers in the mail. they got really nasty....the number they call from is 877-863-9157 and when I google it, it doesn't exist??? However, I can call it and talk to real , nasty people

I received some calls appearing as unknown or restricted.  Then a message was left on the voicemail.

I just revcieved a call stating that the was a faurd case regarding my checking account ... the number they called from is a nonworking number 336-282-0900 and they gave me a case number and which when I called is a collection agency  called NCS 877-906-7469

I'm tired of ncs threatening me about a payday loan that was sold to them by check n go. They harrassed me last Wednesday and Thursday of last week. Called my in laws house leaving threatening messages Friday from different numbers and my in laws recorded those messages. My brother in law claims someone came by their house looking for me. So done with these stupid people. Calling ftc and attorney general!!!

Receiving calls from 877-730-5704 (left on ans. machine)  I am not the party they ask for, ???? do not know them.
Tried to call the number but no one responds (after 5 EST).  Want to leave them a message...I teach and have 150 students in my ethics classes who will continue to dial this number all hours of the day just for a grade I will give them.  Tired of getting these messages with very curt tones about a debt collection and legal action.

That is the way to do it. Tell them that. No over the phone personal verification. Tell them you want a verification of what they say you owe mailed to you. They have to do that!!!!

Yes, my experience exactly. Stammering, stuttering-baffoons!  If I wasn't so ticked off I would have found them rather pitiful.

NCS-No Courteous Service and No Common Sense!

I just received my 3rdcall from them today, I called them from another phone and asked them to stop calling me. Rude people, they just did not even want to listen to me, just "it is up to you, we have someone coming to serve you with papers"  I don't even want to deal with them. Tried to tell them that I would be monitoring my bank account and credit reports to see if there were any anomalies, and that, if so, I would report them to the attorney general and file against them (their company)  I asked for her supervisor and she said he doesn't work on Friday.  

I was careful not to give them any ammunition, but they would be most unwise to come to my home.

I had my identity stolen and I get these calls everyday at the same time. I have a call blocker and have been keeping the message. they are now calling my office.. I can't afford an attorney but I am afraid that I will lose my job cause like I said they call all the time.

NCS is a KNOWN SCAM operation. They are well known and nobody can track them down. Most attorneys can do nothing about them, unfortunately. I get this stuff about once every six months. At one point this same group was operating out of Florida, then a few weeks later out of Atlanta. They seem to keep finding their way back to the Buffalo, NY area however address checks based on tracking their phone number usually end up being a motel no matter where they are working out of at the time.

Rest assured of this: They will NOT come to your home or to your work place. They have NO intention of going through the legal system as any claim they make will be thrown out of court. Their only recourse is to play on people's fears. They PREFER to work people that are elderly and easily confused. They almost talked my mother into paying a loan I had never taken out about a year ago.

Don't bother trying to cite FCRA rules to them. They don't care and will turn up the heat on you at that point trying to harass an initimdate you. After telling the guy I was talking to that he should just go ahead and file any case he wanted and attempted to give him my lawyer's phone number and name he started saying "it's just going to end up costing you more in legal fees, why don't you want to just take care of this now?" and "Let's get him on 3-way calling right now." I told him that if he wanted to talk to my attorney to feel free to contact him on his own. After that I hung up on him and he turn proceeded to *69 me EIGHTEEN times in the next 30 minutes.

IF you feel compelled to return their calls, I highly recommend using one of the caller ID spoofing services or *67 (caller ID inhibit if you have it). You'll find that they won't pick up the phone when they see no caller ID. You'll end up on an endless hold and eventually get the message that they're unable to take your call at this time.

The sad thing is that every day they are threatening and intimidating people all over the country and SOME of them are actually fooled into giving them their personal information and initimidating them into giving them some money. In a court of law they will NOT be able to produce any kind of documentation other than having your name and personal information on a line of a spreadsheet and will be unable to produce ANYTHING that legitimately ties anyone to any alleged debt.

I successfully fought one of the big time "junk debt" collectors 3 years ago. We just kept dragging them into court over and over filing disclosure motions for which they couldn't produce anything and the judge dismissed the case telling them to NEVER file another action in her court without all of their evidence available for immediate disclosure.

Lesson: IF you happen to get sued, hired a good local attorney. They can easily take care of these types of annoyances for you! In the end, N.C.S. is NOT going to sue you. It costs them way to much money in filing and attorney fees that they have little chance of getting a judgment for.

IF you do get summoned to court, do NOT fail to show up at the appointed time otherwise they WILL get a default judgment against you and THEN they can go after your assets. The best defense is to stand up to them in court with an attorney. In some cases, after they drag it out for months and fail to produce your attorney can get an order against them for attorney fees and costs and you're off the hook for your fees.

I have been calls from this number for a week straight now and today I called them back and of course it's a scam for something. I asked them what it was about and he said before he could tell me he needed some personal information from me which I didn't give him. I told them to stop calling me and he said the calls wouldn't stop unless I made some type of payment arrangements for this debt. I have no idea who they are when I called the number it said NCS offices. I told the guy that I was going to turn him in to the BBB so lets see what happens.

Why are they having to call you about serving a summons.  And better yet verify  your address.. They know so much about you, they need to just pay the money to the clerk of court and serve these people instead of calling every day with threats.  I happen to know the legal system and they do not intimidate me.  I can see that someone who did not know would be scared.  Hey..Just tell them to file and stand in line.

This company needs to stop harassing people and calling relatives of people that do not have any debt. This is not legal and I was forced to change my phone number because of their calls, now they are calling my relatives and threaten. Can't anyone stop them?

I don't have any outstanding debts and these people call and leave a message almost every day threatening to come to my place of work and/or residence. I'm getting ready to file a police report.

I keep getting calls at my home number and cell phone and have continually asked them to remove my number, because my son is an adult and these are not his numbers and have asked for their license number to collect in our state, they say they will call back with it and never do, or hang up when asked. I have told them that until they can send paper work and produce their license number, he will not reply or pay this debt to a strange company that is also listed as a fraudulent company on the web and he was told by the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission they are not licensed in our state to collect a debt, when they are in NY. So do not pay until they can give you a license number to collect in your state. Again I have told them to stop calling my numbers, since I am not the one they are trying to collect from, the person they are trying to collect from is out of work and not at these phone numbers. I will check into my rights to stop these calls.

I received so many calls from these guys, so did my boyfriend. I called today and I spoke to steven Smith he asked me for all my info to pay the debt. So like a person who didn't know this was a scam until zi told my daughter I took care of her bill for her, she in return called me back and was all mad at me for paying her bill of $300.00 instead of $750.00. So I called them back and started playing jokes with them, and I'm sorry to say this but it is true that they are all black people who answer the phone. But believe me I will get my money back because I already called my bank and stopped my Visa card from any further charges. This one black lady said her name was Skyand Shoulders and I said are you sure it is not HEAD AND SHOULDERS!!!!!!!!!!

NCS loan check processing is calling and harassing my parents on their cell phones for a payday loan that I supposedly didn't pay off. They call about 10 times a day and harass my parents & they state it is from 2005 & if me or my parents don't pay them then they will take me to court. When my dad asked them to send paperwork they get upset and threaten that legal matters will be taken. This is nonsense and needs to stop!!

Tracked their PO Box number down to Buffalo, NY. Working with the Army Military Police, it will start a Federal Investigation and they will pay big time. I wound up getting the names of the poeple I dealt with. It's going to get good for these people because Bubba will take care of them :D

This phone # belongs to "NCS Litigation" , this is the # that shows up daily on my caller ID.  Finally today I answered and spoke with someone, she explained I was listed as a reference to someone I once knew.  BS.  I KNOW that is not true!  She gave me a callback # for me to pass on to the person they were looking for (877 512-9731).  So then I played along asking who the company was, then asked what NCS stood for.  I  was told it wasn't an acronym and didn't stand for anything.  When asked for their address I was told they were based out of Buffalo NY.  So I repeated myself asking their address she got very defensive asking why I needed that info, when I said I wanted to make sure they were a legit company she hung up on me. =)

BEWARE, this is a scam, don't give them any of your personal info if you have any doubts make them send you the paperwork to prove their company and what they claim you owe, guaranteed they won't!

These people must be stupid with a capital "S" What part of "I will not pay a bill to you without documentation" do they not get. They try the good collector/bad collector person. One really nice then they get the supposed supervisor who sounds a bit more intelligent to tell you that they are a paper-less company and they only do things via e-mail. Well that being the case I will e-mail them a picture of money. Hope that will settle any debt I may have!! sheesh

These individuals have NO idea about the laws surrounding debt collection. The instant you mention the proper protocol for debt collection, they immediately go on the defensive and start cussing at you, and threatening legal action. (these fools have not a legal leg to stand on, however.) They harass non-stop and refuse to provide any actual paperwork. They state they use e-mail because it's a "time sensitive issue" which is code for "We have no paperwork".

Do not fall for these fucko's tricks.
