This is a scam. Keep an eye on your phone bill you may get a $40 a minute charge for over seas call. Besides I know of no one who ever signed up for smart 911. They still get calls to enter a code. Don't fall for this.

This is not a scam. It is a service that sends phone & text alerts in emergencies such as natural disasters or recently I got one for a missing man from a nursing home giving a description like an Amber Alert.

Kept calling saying I had signed up for Smart 911 (which I had not) and when I pressed 2 to reject, they kept calling. This is a scam trying to get you to sign up.
