Received a call today, since it was a restricted number I let it go to voicemail. The message left said it was from an Alan Jacobs with Mccolly Davidson and associates explaining that I was being used as a reference for a loan for a Helen Burgess. He included a case number and asked that I have her call 1-877-913-1060 so he can work out with her how to settle the fraudulent debt.

I called back several times to explain I do not know who she is but it just keeps ringing.

I have received other calls from other numbers looking for this woman, and want to know how to remove my number from being associated with her.

I received  3 calls  in one day with different number, do not trust them ,,they are located in Miami , call the FPI,  I find the guy WAS VERY Nervous .he was not  intelligent . So I asked him please give me  your company address's   I will sue all your a***s , he just hang up. since them I have not received any call, I do not have own any credit card or lost any identification, my credits score  is very high, thats reason I know they are theives. let them know   that you will contact the FPI. good lack, call your bank direct if you have any question

i received the same call today 4/9/12 also would like to know if this is a legimate debt collector would not leave contact info of who the collector is left same contact info to return the call

I recieved a call from a person by the name of Allen Jacobs claiming to be a representative with Davidson & Assiciates about a debt I am not aware of. I asked for the address and contact info of the collector and it was not given to me. Please let me know if this is a legimate debt company or collection company. The phone number I was given was 1-877-913-1060 Ext. 102
