I got a call from a Ms Jones stating that I had an outstanding debt due. I told her I was aware but what I owe and what she told me I owed didnt add up so I asked her to provide me with the proper paperwork proving this and I would be then willing to set up a payment arrangement if that was so the case. I got upset and frustrated because the paperwork was not sent to me so I ended up calling [spam number removed] to see if they could get me what I needed and they were able to help me and work with me.

Been getting annoying calls from this number saying there coming out to serve me and I need 2 forms of ID and if im at work i need a supervisor to sign off on it. They dont give you any information they just state they have a sealed envelope and will be out has anyone else been getting calls from this number?
