Who can I report Brighthouse to??  They are harrassing me for the November bill that we didnt even receive yet..We just paid them on 11/1/2011 for October and they say they didnt get it...They are calling me continuously...

This company calls almost every week looking for a Daryl S******* but its always a machine. I call the company back and they tell me they have no record of my number, or this person, and they don't even service were I live. Yet after I've been assured that my number wont be called here they are again week 24 in a row Daryl if your out there pay your bill please.

My bill is paid every month ON THE DUE DATE via CC! And, they call me asking for my payment every month ON THE DUE DATE! Geez, it isn't even technically late when they call. What the heck!

Yep,ever since my f****ng apartment complex did away with "free" basic cable, our f****ng cable bill has sky-rocketed to 160 a month!!! F*** YOU BRIGHTHOUSE!!

I respect you need to earn a living too but may I say you are an @$$ if you think it's just that easy...most of us work hard for a living and struggle to keep the bills paid...unplanned expenses like sick children pop up and what are you to do...neglect their care because you have to pay your cable bill...or the tire blows on your car and you drive with a flat  or walk 20 miles to get to work because you must pay the water bill...puleeze...get a grip on reality...people like you make people like me refuse to acknowledge ANY 1-800, 1-888 or 1-877 phone number and never an unidentified/annonymous caller!!!  Have a heart!!!

I have been told by a retired person of _hit House that the reason we all have our pictures freeze and no sound every time the t.v. is on is because most of Palm Coast needs new cable lines. However, they will not spend the money to change out the cable lines. Since they think it's ok to ILLEGALLY call us when the bill is not even due, and how expensive the bills are, I think we should call them every time our service is interrupted and tell them we want $10.00 taken off the bill due to there incompetence. I do this and they have reduced my bill. Remember...there is strength in numbers.

Moredechi...It's none of your friggin business when ANYONE pays their bill!  Who do you think you are - some superior being just because you "don't owe them anything at the moment!"  Stick it in your a**, pal!  It's people like you who deserve to lose your job and struggle so you will learn the hard way when to shut your mouth!  

At any rate, only one call per day is necessary, whether it be for sales, late bill, courtesy call, or whatever...no need for them to call every effing hour!  I'm reporting them for harrassment!

This is rediculous and I thought against the law. My bill isn't even due yet and this number for Bright house is constantly calling. I think I'll given them something to call about and switch my service to Dish Network. Maybe then I wont always have to watch lmy bill for being charged twice for the same movie. The more I deal with this company, the more they annoy me. How do we stop the harrassing phone calls? Especially when their not even owed!

I agree with you.  I can't stand that they charge you a month in advance.  I too pay "late" since I won't pay for something I haven't received.  And it's not like I get exceptional service.  My cable freezes up weekly, or the box(es) have a hiccup and have to reset themselves if we change channels too quickly.  I'm seriously contemplating going "Direct".

Gee, same thing happened.  I forgot to pay my bill, which was due on the 12th, got an e-mail notification from them this morning and paid it.  Darned if I don't get a call from them this afternoon!  I didn't answer it, because I didn't know who it was.

Brighthouse calling to remind me that my bill is due in a few days. Fvckers.  Incidentally I tried to speak to someone at Brighthouse re what services I could drop to lower my bill and was told that because I have a bundled package (phone, internet, Cable with Showtime) if I dropped down to, say, "standard cable" I would be paying about $50 more a month because of the super special package I have!
Another thing: Their services start out with "basic cable" and "standard cable" and those names confuse the hell out of me because the names sound interchangeable and tell you nothing about the type of service you have. Still have no idea which is which.  I loathe them. Can you tell that I loathe them?  LOATHE THEM!!!

I haven't even received a bill for this cycle and they're calling as a "courtesy" to let me know that the bill is due??? I don't get it, but I'm thoroughly annoyed.

Keep in mind that by federal law Brighthouse is breaking the law by calling before the bill is considered late. A courtesy call is still considered a collection call because it is in regards to monies owed to a service provider

I just got a call from this number, too, but they didn't leave a message.  I just paid my bill this AM, which was due on 6/12, AND I called this morning to reduce my bill.  It's amazing that if you just ask, they will reduce it!

This call from Brighthouse Networks was notification that when they do a software upgrade later this month it will cause problems for anyone whose system is connected using HDMI cables.

You are right! There was a time when I was struggle to pay the EXPENSIVE bill, but I'm good now. I still get calls and the payment comes out automatically! GEEZ!

There will be an HDMI component cable update on 6/15.  If you use the HDMI settings, you may want to write them down before the upgrade.
This only impacts you if you use the HDMI settings.

The number is from Brighthouse. They just called, left a message about digital converter upgrades they will be doing.

they just called me, im paid up to date. however i AM on the do not call list-and would like them to quit bothering me. if i want extra services ill let them know.
and Mordechi, some people would love to pay on time but are unable to due to when checks come in. why dont YOU grow up..and get a freakin heart. you dont know why some of these people are late in paying or what their circumstances are.
