SCAM!!! Acted as Microsoft assistance trying to gain access to my sons computer and wanted my credit card number for a forgotten hotmail password. We asked why they would charge to recover the password for a free account and they asked "Do you have a vehicle? If you got into an accident would you ask the mechanic to do the work for free?"
When asked to speak to the supervisor the phone was passed off to a person right away, not the normal wait time like at a real call centre...we were told by the 'manager' that we have no common sense and want everything for free. When asking the the 'manager' if he was on drugs he said "No, I'm on alcohol; What would you like to drink?" And then he hung up.

BEWARE, DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER FOR MICROSOFT ASSISTANCE!!!!!!

The disquised themselves as being MS Tech's available to help you with issues.  They wanted to know what I used the product for and got very hostile when I wouldn't give them my cc to pay for the service.  

I got their number when goggling for MS help.  I wish I could stumble upon it again, but BE AWARE!!!

Keep getting calls from this number several times a day!  I'm on the do not call list so why are they calling?  I sure wish they would stop!!!!!!!!!!

I have received 8 calls just today from this number. From the posts I've read it's an insurance company named Assurance. I do not want to be called again!!!!!!!!

Went on the State of Wisconsin website to research Badgercare and got a phone call within 30 minutes from Assurance Health.

I get calls from this number 5-6 times a day. I refuse to answer when I see this number come up on my phone. I've been told that if you answer such a call "they" will NEVER let up on the number of calls their robo-call system will make!  How can one get off "their" call list?

I've been bothered by the same annoying calls.  I've not asked for a quote though it's possible someone requesting a quote online is giving bogus phone numbers so that they don't get the same annoying calls.  Not good at all for Assurant, and they seriously need to do something about this.  They should give an option on the call menu to allow people be taken off of the call list if they want their reputation to not get run down any further.  Serious inquirers will either answer or call back if a message is left.  Beyond that, the only purpose remaining for the calls is to just hassle people, no other excuse.  In no way does this qualify as good sales etiquette.

HAVE NOT ASKED FOR A QUOTE ON ANYTHING!!!  THEY CALL MY CELL PHONE ABOUT 8 TIMES A DAY.  I'VE EVEN ANSWERED TO ASK THEM TO STOP AND NO ONE IS ON THE LINE!!! NOT EVEN A RECORDED MESSAGE.  THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED!!!!
