This "Dakota Davis" rings my job, my home and my cell back to back throughout the day. She leaves messages stating that I am being charged with fraud and will be sued and have my wages garnished or my bank accounts seized. She claims to have tried to have me served at a previous address. She even disguises her number by using a 716 area code knowing that my family live in that area code. She did get me one time when I thought family was calling from 716. She never gives the full name of the company she claims she is calling on behalf of. She is sneaky and this is getting tiring.

Someone from this number calling herself Donna Richards called my son saying I wrote a fraudulent check for over $1500! I don't write checks. Stop it!
