I got a call from one Mr. Williams saying he wants to serve me and gave me a case number to call him back.  Is this the same person who called you?  he is trying to sound like he is an attorney.  his extention is 307.  That was weeks ago.  I haven't seen a summons yet.

One more thing.... No process server calls you before they serve someone. LOL

NO NO NO!!!! Jason Do not pay them! These are scammers. Have you ever applied for a payday loan or had a payday loan? These people break into internet based sites where loans have been applied for. Scary huh? Anyway they retrieve your information and try to threaten you into paying them. They are not a real collector. Do not give them your information. Report them to the call list on the Gov site! They will stop calling eventually. The more you answer them the more they stalk you. These guys are scum. They use switch board numbers... Hard to trace. A legal collector will start off by giving you the info you ask for. These yahoo's start yelling when you ask them a question. Just hang up and if it continues daily file a police report.

Same people (wiley) just called our phone looking for someone when I asked what it was in regards to he said check fraud and they were trying to contact them to serve them. He tried to get smart when I told him he said the same thing 2 weeks ago when he called. They called their job and gave them the same message. Who does that?

Getting harassing calls at home and work. Saying I owe money but will not say to who, and wanting to serve me. Its a scam!
