I bought my Whirlpool Duet front loader W/D and there was a card inside the dryer saying to call and receive your free dryer rack... anyway the CR rep says they are no longer giving them away, but she said I could purchase one!! What Tha!!! That set cost enough, they should still be FREE.
Or at least have an expiration date on the offer cards.

I bought my dryer in Costa Rica, but I have a PO Box in Miami, do I have the option to request my dryer rack?

Just called 877-944-7566 to order the dryer rack for my new dryer. The call was answered right away, the woman on the other end of the line was very polite and courteous. Took less than 5 minutes.

Called the 877-944-7566 number na dhad no issues getting the free dryer rack. Maybe this has been fixed since most of these posts are from 2009. VERY polite rep on the phone and very quick simple transaction!!

I tried to call the 1-877-944-7566 with little response.  I purchased a washer/dryer combo from Lowe's.

I just had one of the best customer service experiences calling for the free dryer rack.  The gentleman I spoke to was very polite and helpful.  He took my zip code and telephone number and was able to instantly pull up my account.  From there he verified my address and I gave him the part number (8521957)for my dryer and the promotion code (EDUETR2).  I didn't have to provide any proof of purchase.  It was that easy!

Also, I simply filled out the mail-in form and put it in the mail.  I didn't try calling Whirlpool customer service.

I called this number today because it was on the form to order a free dryer rack from Whirlpool.  When I called, it was an automated message to either wait on the line or go to www.mindwear.com / www.mindware.com.  Then it disconnected.  I went to both of these websites and neither of them have anything to do with Whirlpool.  The first website is a metaphysical site and the latter is to buy children's games and toys.  I think this is a wrong number for the redemption center.

I just had the same problem with my new Maytag Bravos dryer when trying to order a drying rack.  Phone number on brochure 877-944-7566 NOT a Maytag number.  I called my local dealer and they gave me the Maytag customer service number.  I called them direct first and was able to get it resolved.
