They are calling because they want your business. They took a hit when that huge credit card scam took place at Target in 2013. They weren't able to give loans to their customers because they couldn't take online payments for a while. I assume they lost a lot of customers because of it. I used them a few times and they are a great company. No hidden fees or any of the b.s. that you normally run into when getting loans online.

I've informed these people over and over that I wish to be placed on their DO NOT CALL list yet I continue to receive calls.

This number calls me too.  I have had almost an identical conversatioin with someone from this number.  It is nuts that they won't give you any information yet they expect you to give them all sorts of personal information. I have no earthly idea how they got my cell phone number as I have not applied for any type of payday loan or anything like that.  Everything about this company points to a SCAM.

zip19.com is an online payday loan company. They are calling either you submitted a loan application online either with them or through a broker who sends your info to every lender in the world. It is also possible someone else used your number as a reference and they are looking for that person. Good luck getting them to leave you alone.

They call a couple times a day and never leave a voicemail.

Not sure why these people are calling my job.  I do not owe them any money.

I'm dealing with zip19 now, I haven't had any problems out of them yet, but if anything changes I will let everyone now.

Junk calls

These people have called us on an average of 5 times per day for the last 3 days.  They said they are zip19.com and they are a loan company, where you can borrow up to $1,500.  When I asked how they got my number because I never contacted them, they asked me for my Social Security number and when I told them no, they asked for the last 4 digits.  When I said no to that, they told me they can't look up any information regarding why they were calling.

I asked the caller for the name of the company and he said "North [something]," then when I asked him to repeat it he told me that he can't tell me the name of the company because it would be a violation of their customers' privacy. I told him that that made no sense and we went back and forth for a while until I asked to speak to the supervisor. The supervisor wouldn't give me her last name and repeated that the name of the company is confidential info which they can't disclose because they're protecting their customers' privacy. She told me that the company is in Manitoba, Canada, but wouldn't give me the address or phone number. She said that they got my phone number from an online application that I filled out (I didn't), then she told me that she could look up my account if I gave her my name and phone number. I told her that I wasn't comfortable giving out my personal info to a mysterious, nameless company and that the entire thing seemed like a scam. She kept assuring me that it wasn't a scam and that she couldn't do anything for me unless I gave her my name and number. After going back and forth for a while longer she told me that the company does short-term loans. When I called the number that came up on my caller ID the vm identified the company as zip19.com.
