Got 2 calls this week...does this Spener girl actually show or not?

I got the same call, msg etc. don't think I will be home when Katie is supposed to come by. Something seems fishy to me.

As detailed in the very top, they called me about my bank and said I would have to settle this " so called claim" in 2 ways. Pay the $451 to my bank or settle  this matter in court  where they could fine me interests fee of $1600.. lmmao.. BOi STOP!
The carrier name was Katie Spencer and she stated that she left a voicemail 2 day ago when I asked her what legal documents could she be delivering to my house between 3- 5 pm. Sh stated in a form of Not giving spefics on detail info. " she didn't know. all that she does Is deliver"<<<<< B>S. I knew it was a scam the second This maniac told me I needed to pay some ridiculous amount of money. I was received this call 30 mins ago prior to writing this intents of helping others unaware of such inhumane craziness.

Yes, Funny I also received the same call.  I believe this is a tactic to get you to return there calls.  Hell, if I am going to call them back.

I got the same exact call as well from the same lady I called them back and they have all my info including my SSN, WTF dies anyone know who these people are?

Yup, happened to me 5 minutes ago.  I'm not going to call them back and if they are going to try and scare me by lying, they will NEVER get paid.

Got a call from a woman claiming to be a legal courier saying she needs me to be home between 3-5 pm wed with a ID so she can give me legal notice. Then gave me this 877 number to call back if I had any questions or wasn't gonna be home. Called the number and amazingly enough was a collection agency trying to collect zombie debt. Did a little research online seems this is a little scare tactic being used by shady collection agency's.
