MMS Inc not only lies, but they cost us a lien we filed on a piece of property. they collected over 4500.00 dollars from the debtor and like a fool i reliesed the lien with out recieving payment from this company first. boy do i feel dum.watch out for this company because they will rip you off!!!!!!

These people collected almost 5 thousand dollars for us and refuse to give us our money. they are thieves and thugs.

Steve used to sell speakers by the road-side.  Yeah,....you know,....that scam where they don't pay ovewrhead, and drive around catching people in parking lots acting as if they "gee-whiz accidentally have these extra and unaccounted for speakers" on their truck,....and somehow, their manager has told them to just get rid of them.....  LOL!

Anyone considering using them,...don't.  I know these guys personally from the past.  They are all the same, too.  And, what's more,....they are actually cowards.  Wanna catch up with them at lunch?  Hit the strip clubs on Westheimer.  They generally burnone or snort something on their way there for lunch,....while they play the big dog and attempt to set up a party for later that night or later in the week.

No kidding,....they are like "wannabe mobsters".  They are jokes. But,...the stories you've read are true.  I know how it works from the inside.  Don't bother trying to keep track of the names,....they all routinely use alias' from one call to the next.  They select the names of the companies (purely fictional)in order to sound like a law firm.

DO NOT USE - They called & called & called us to get our business. We tried them with one significant account, $18,736.99, that was not complying with our contract for payment. We had no lien rights so we needed to use either a lawyer or  collection company. We tried MMS for this one account since they offered a contingency fee of 20%. After providing the information & copies of all documents they went to work, using a FL collection attorney, David Valdini, Ft. Lauderdale, to collect the money.  The customer, Construction Processes, Houston, TX, agreed to settle @ $15,600, which Valdini sent to Morgenthal, et al.

We still have not been paid one cent of what should be $12,500, in spite of NUMEROUS calls and e-mails, to Jason Pappas, jasonp@mmsoutsourcing.com, Chereka Cole, ccole@mmsoutsourcing.com, and Steve Manardi, steve@mmsoutsourcing.com. They do not answer or respond or lie. I have been told 5 times that a check was being sent.  Their number is 877.957.2500.  They were paid by Valdini on 11/30/2008 and we still have not been paid as of 1/20/2010.

Steve's wife Barbara is an office manager at Kasowitz, Benson, Torres and Friedman a very respectable lawfirm in Houston that practices in the area of creditor rights and white collar crime!

You guys might want to also check out F.B.I. Fort Bend Investigations.  They are the company that scours the recorders offics for liens and passes the info to Steve so he can work his scam on you.
