I also got a phone call from the same number saying that I was going to be served with paperwork to come to court the person name is mike Turner this is dealing with payday loans that has sold to a third party who is trying to collect on it
I talked to the bbb they to me that they cannot sued because they are not legal to do what they do

i just got a call from this number too. says his name is mike brooks and he will be out to my job or home to sign off court papers. told me to have my mgr avail to sign as a witness. gave a docket number but no court. kick rocks. im not dumb...

Guy said his name was Brian Kendrick. Gave me a docket number and a phone # of 8779572506. Then proceeded to say he would be at my house of job this tuesday, but at the same time said he wasnt sure if i was in a said county? I'm pregnant and dont need this stress. Who are these people
