I called 877-957-8348.  A MR LEE (Suspicious) Answered not identifiying the company he was with told me I was to be served a judgment at my home or place of employement for an outstanding CC balance in 2008 with a bank whom I have never had a CC or any type of loan with.  I asked for the company name and he gave me Kirkland and Associates which when googled brings me to a residential address that does not exisit.  (SCAM)

They have left me numerous messages in the past couple of days. I believe they are the same people that tapped into a company that gives payday loans and stole people's information.

I have gotten several messages like this. Sounds like a scam to me! Unfortunately, my information has been sold to many agencies (who knows by whom) and I have learned not to answer unknown numbers. I guess you can't trust anyone these days!

did they come to your house? i just got this voicemail yesterday, but she used my maiden name, and i've been married for seven years, so i haven't used that name since i was married!

Just received a call from this number claiming I need to accept certified mail to appear in court and they were goin to come to home tomorrow. They left a 800 number which alert me that it is a scam.
