Same as the others:  Called from Nevada saying he was serving the State of Idaho's Union and Military Members needing a Massage Therapist, and left the 877 number to call back.  

Received same call as previous callers, except on Memorial Day holiday. Who does this kind of business on Memorial Day, except maybe someone not really calling from within the U.S. The callback number isn't even the same as the caller i.d. number. Probably a scammer from outside the country. Definitely a scammer, wherever they're from.

5/14/14 - Paul Churchill - x 704 - called as he hires event planners for union companies - he is a liaison for State Union Info Center....  the Angie's List for Event Planners - potential new clients...

5/19/14 - called back - upset - 'threatened' to go to another event company.

I'm not calling him back.

Cody Walker is busy in WI with the same pitch as above - offering state union clientele who need counseling services. Return number is 877-970-1010 ext 739. When I called it the automatic voice answered "customer service." Who ever heard of customer service on the state level??? I then knew it was a scam. Glad I found this site.

This is a telemarketer selling advertising to professionals under the guise of offering "union" clientele. No actual clients - just a sales pitch...Very misleading! Waste of time.

I also received a call from 702 690 4022 stating that she was a union liaison for California which is where I live.  She said she was looking for a good massage therapist she can refer her union members to, and to give her a call back at 877-970-1010 x738. I was about to jump on calling them back, so glad I saw this!

Just for a phone call from someone called Sam Cain, he told me he was a liaison for Union workers and military personnel, I didn't have time to call and he insisted to call him back.

He told me twice he had many clients to send me and that's one of the first signs of someone trying to sell you something.. LOL

got a call from a 'Percina Rankin' from a NV number (702-997-6607) asking to speak with my boss.. by her full name, I corrected her to call her Dr. she said she would like to speak with her in regards to wanting to send union and military families to us as new clients. We are a pediatric dental office. I told her I could pass it along to the office manager and that was all.

I received a message from the area code 702 (Nevada?) but the call back number was this 1-877-970-101 ext. 756. Guy that left the message said he was looking for a life coach if I was taking on new clients (same pitch as below, different field). I didn't call back after reviewing the comments. Thanks :)

I got a call from Sam Cane, who stated that he was a Union Liason for the State of Ca, looking for a Realtor for Military relocating, bogus, just another telemarketer.
he left the number 877-970-1010 ext 755. He doesn't work for the state, what a lie.

Cody Walker called, AZ Union Liaison  looking for a good agent to work with rank n file members and military personnel. Called from a 702 area code but said he was located in Arizona then left a 877 number. SCAM.

Same story as those above about the caller representing union members relocating to the area (I'm a real estate agent in metro Atlanta with 29 years in the business). Given the noise in the background and how quickly he was going through the script, this union entity is definitely calling from a call center, and the callers are going down a list of names and contact info, trying to get to the next live person to answer.

I've learned to use dedicated numbers for incoming calls by using a different contact number on my advertising and listings than on my general agent info which has my broker's office number. That way I have a good idea what the call is about (sign call, ad call, agent call, etc.) when it comes in. I also use a personal toll-free number, and that helps filter solicitations and track incoming calls.

Agents, see if you can separate your contact info like I have--a certain number for listings and clients to use, and your broker's number for everything else.  If you're able to separate your contact/call info, see if your brokerage firm has a way to forward incoming calls to you from a particular office number. That way you'll know calls coming to you from that designated number are generally solicitations. It took some work by the IT staff in the office, but that's what my office does and it really saves us from having to stop everything for a bogus solicitation. I know if a message is left from an incoming call from that particular incoming number, I can let it sit for a few minutes...and it hasn't failed yet--that's where the solicitations call have landed.

Uuuuggghh! I returned the call about referring for a psychologist to work with union, military, etc.

Had received the call twice before so I left them a voice message back. Wish I had seen this before! What a waste of time...

Some other websearching connected the 877-970-1010 number with a web newsletter  "World Union Newsletter" and the "Union Info Center."  Selling advertising space.  I couldn't find the former but the latter was a particular bad, outdated website.

I'm not returning this call.

This company is so sleazy, that "Harris" left a message to call him back as he was looking for a therapist as he needed some help (yes, I'm a therapist and my answering message discloses that). The 877 made me suspicious as the caller id said Las Vegas. So glad this website exists to check before I call.

Received a call from this guy Joseph Helmbrecht said he was from Union Info Center.  He wanted me to get on my computer and he was going to show me something, but when I told him my internet was down and asked him to send his contact info to my email he claimed he did not have access to email... somethings fishy with that.  So then he gives me his office and cell number 877-970-1010 and cell 702-379-8873.  He asked me to call him back when my internet was back up so he could begin sending me counseling referrals.  What really bothers me is that some of these scam reviews indicate that they are using the name of one of the local counselors that I receive referrals from.  Definitely a sales call and one I intend to lose the number for.

I received the same phone asking if I was taking on new clients. It is a marketing ploy  for you to pay some marketing firm so that you can be put on some list of referrals for union workers and military

I received a voice message from 877-970-1010, he said he was a liaison for the State of Ohio and represents union workers and military personnel.  He wanted to know if I was taking clients.  I spoke to him briefly but didn't have time to talk.  He sounded like he was getting ready to pitch joining some kind of marketing website.  His return phone number was a 702 area code, Las Vegas.  He said he was in California.  

Got the same call today. Dont bother calling back ...

His caller ID said NV and was a 702 area code but his call back number was an 877 toll free number. Dead giveaway that he's a solicitor of some sort who according to his voicemail is 'looking for a good realtor in the Orange County area'. An individual who is really looking for a realtor, is going to be more specific than an entire county area.

Left a message similar to the one Jade describes. Something about needing a real estate agent for union members. Of course, I was prompted to call back ASAP.

I'm guessing this is a marketing pitch to get unsuspecting real estate agents to pay to have their name put in a mailer sent out to union members. This is not an actual client in need of help. The caller id number did not match the number "Greg" left on my voicemail.
