Cindy is right, this number is TriCare West customer service phone number.  In my case, they wanted me to participate in a nursing program where a nurse calls me every few weeks to check on my medical condition.  Kind of weird where they have your information in front of them and still ask for your birth date and zip code.  They should have that in front of them.  I did not give them my birth date.  The military has all that information, so why ask for it?  Be careful on who you give your information to.
