I was out of town and my wife told me they had called at least 4 times per day the last couple of days. I called them back to figure out what they wanted because I am not late on any bill, nor have I bought anything from any company they apparently represent. I told them they called me and they had stated their company on the answering machine. I asked for the lady on the phones name and she would only give me her initials (LQS) so, I told her I needed to speak to a supervisor because this is a load of crap and I looked their number up before I called and stated this is nothing but a scam. I told them they should have my information and should be able to tell me who I am and what this calling was about. Needless to say, same lady came back to the phone said she had talked to her supervisor, of which I never spoke to, and she was going to remove my phone number from their list for calling. In the past two days they have called me 10 times. They call every 12 mins 5 times in a row. Never again will I order from this company.

I've been getting calls from this number with the same message "To call back for important information". It comes on the caller ID as "Withheld" but the call back number is 1-877-999-7887. Most of you are saying its a debt collector but I do not have any outstanding debts and I don't buy from any of the companies you all mentioned.

I received a call from 877-999-7887 at 6 am this morning!! I answered groggily as I finally just got to sleep after up all night and they hung up! I called later today and it was Ginny's. I told them I do not want them to ever call me again and don't even have an account. The very broken English person told me a name that wasn't me but insisted I was the right phone number. I again said to never call me again.  I have the log showing the time and filing a complaint.

I received a letter from Swiss Colony stating that my order (15905229) would not be sent unless I mailed in 124.84.  I did not
exceed the $400.00 credit that I was supposed to have.  I would like to cancel this order that has not been shipped.

Yeah they called me too on my cellphone.  I thankfully got paid today and paid them on line.  I did forget them this month but I'm glad I could pay them so that I wasn't called so much.  I also paid them a head for next months payment, so hopefully that will keep them quiet!!!  LOL

Yeah, I get a call from Swiss Colony one night [it was 11:23 pm EST] and the guy says "this is swiss colony, we haven't received your payment yet and we would like to know how you plan to make your payment?  We are calling because we figured you must have just forgotten about it"  To which I responded, "if you haven't gotten my payment it's because you haven't taken it out yet, since I have automatic payment selected, and don't be blaming ME because YOU forgot!  Sheesh, you'd think that this was harassment"  To which they hung up on me.  No sorry we called so late, no sorry we made a mistake, or sorry for the inconvenience, and whats more they called me back the next morning at 6::45 am again, wtf could they possibly want or need now?  I thought we cleared this up already?  I swear it was payback for making them feel like an @$$, which they didn't need my help to do :(

i have never heard of any of these companies but get calls from that 877 number which i have blocked on my phone. One time there was a message in voicemail from ann becker but again, am not familiar with any of these mentioned companies nor do i buy online

This is Ms. Walker calling ...... it is collection for Swiss Colony. I more well understand they have a job to do and until I pay the debt the calls are going to keep coming.  If I got this right you have 7 years before they can clear your account, if you accept the call and say you are going to pay them something the timing starts from day one, all over again.   also if you intend on paying them (and I do) don't give them the main bank account or credit card. They will know exactly what to freeze if the amount is large enough or where to pull payments you didn't agree on paying and you might be over your limit or overdrawn and then have to deal with other charges that aren't needed.   If you want to pay your debt and can't afford big payments even $5.00 a month will show your willingness to pay. as long as you keep it up and on time I don't think they can sue you. Also
some companies are willing to cut your interest rate down to almost nothing while you are working with them a low payment rate (like Discover) call and ask, can't get any worse.

I totally agree with you. I have had bad times in the past, and 7 years ago, my credit was shot. I am getting calls from companies that have "resurrected" these bills and I am constantly getting hounded.

But I bought something from swiss colony this christmas to take care of my relatives. it made it alot easier for me. I am making alittle more money now, but last month was a tough one and I forgot to pay. I will make up for it this month. They have called me, and rightfully so. I made an arrangement with them fully intending to make the payments since they sent me the goods. I have had years of bad credit because of not paying for my credit purchases....8 years worth.

This is Swiss Colony. I had ordered something at Christmas, and made arrangements to pay them. I was in a bind last month, and forgot. It was a legitimate call,and it's my fault that I didnt pay. I received the goods, and it made christmas for my relatives better, so if they are calling for payment it's nobody's fault but my own. I will make good on it my next paycheck.

Keep call logs.  You can sue them. A company called me over 40 times in a week and I won the suit.  Used a consumer protection lawyer who didn't even charge a cent up front. You have an alternative and can do it all via email and phone with attorney. These companies that harass drive me crazy.

According to my caller ID, this call is coming from 'Credit Department'.  I don't know what company that this  call is in reference to, but calling me 10+ times a day, isn't going to give me the money to pay them any faster.  All I know is IF I had any extra money left over after I've paid my necessary living expenses, then they can be sure I would have.  They should know that as soon as I can pay them, I WILL. It's the same with anyone but it's especially true for someone like me who only get paid once a month.  Anyone, should know that once this month's check is gone, then I won't have another dime, until I get my check NEXT month. Calling me as many times a day as they do, is as far as I'm concerned is just plain harassment. I just with I knew how to put them on the national DO NOT CALL list because if I knew how to report them to then I'd have already done it. It's especially hard on those who work the night shift so until they stop calling me so many times during the day then I'm NEVER going to get a good 'days' sleep. I just hope they give up eventually - as far as I am concerned - the sooner then the better.

Yes, it is Swiss Colony or either Seventh Avenue. I guess they are  the same company. LOL I (Forgot) to pay too! LOL

I just got a new number, was called twice by them. Called to inform them I am not who they wanted, lady was very pleasant and courteous while noting my number. We will see if the number is actually noted and removed as I am not who they are looking for.

Okay, I work as a bill collector for the company. If its the wrong number how are we to know that unless we are told, we are calling the numbers buyer's give us to contact them at. So there is not need to get mad at us if someone gave us your number and claimed it to be their. Also we work on an automatic dialer so unless you're in a different time zone than what you told us you will not receive phone calls outside of 8am until 9pm. Think of it this way, if you loan someone (you do not know personally) money, and then default you would want to know when the payment will be sent. And Yes its a rough economy, so if you can't keep up with your payments then DON'T order. It's really that simple. Or you can always tell the rep to CEASE AND DESIST calling and magically phone calls stop. If you think we are bad now, once an account does go to an outside collection agency a.k.a your account is turned over and goes on your credit as a bad debt. They are 10x worse, so why not pay your bill stop complaining about the phone calls, because no we won't stop calling unless a promise or payment is on the account.

The call ID indicated they made many calls without leaving a message.  I caught one of their "...important call for..." calls and informed the female caller to remove my number since their person of interests never reside at the wrong number.  They never removed my number from their database.

It's the losers from Swiss Colony.  I was 2 days late on a $20 bill!  I paid the account in full 4 days ago, their "routers" screwed up... they charged my bank account THREE times!!!!  They'll have it fixed within the week.  Their stupid collections line is STILL calling me to hound me for a $20 payment that was 2 days late.  I tried to explain to the stupid B that they screwed up my bank account... she wants PROOF!!!  I'll shove that proof right up her.... I'm sure they've removed my line of credit.

They are infamous for that.  I'm a whopping $20 behind and my phone has been ringing all day.

Kept getting a call from this number at work.  I finally called and it is a collection department for Swiss Colony.  They said someone used my number on their account.  I wanted to know who but they wouldn't tell me because it wasn't me.  I tried to argue that since someone is using my work number, I should be able to find out the name of the person.  Supposedly they removed my number.

it is hard on everyone in this economy and just because i missed one payment you people keep calling i will pay you people when the economy lets up it is hard to pay you all when the next bill is higher then the one before i have epilepsy please quit calling i will pay  when iget ahead.
