I got a call from this guy this morning about 10:00 and he had an Indian accent. He stated he worked for Microsoft and that my computer was sending errors even told me what my home address was. Then he asked me to logon and he was going to tell me what to do. I hung up because I knew it was a crock! He didn't call back after I hung up so hopefully he got t point.

Got a call at 7:29AM.  Didn't pick up, since Caller ID said "Name Unavailable"  I did use a Norton Call center about two weeks ago, but I don't think it was overseas.

i tried to call that number back to give them and give them a piece of my mind! all i got was a busy signal!!!!
they called me at 5:58am in the morning!!!!!
i really want to sue them for harassment!!!!

Received a call at 6:30 AM.  Speaker with Indian accent told said he was from Microsoft center, and that my pc had been infected with viruses from the internet.  I told him it was very early here, and I wasn't interested.  He became very assertive, asking "why not?".   Glad to have this site to report this obnoxious parasite.

This number called me at 6:37am and no one was on the other end. Called it back and got a recording that said my call could not be completed at this time.

Call at 750am MST on landline. Broken English asking for "Mr.----" (my last name). Said no "Mr." lived here, would not respond when asked who was calling, just read off my address then hung up when I said "pardon me". Have not dealt with any overseas call centers or companies.

I got a call from this number this am..6:51...when I answered it they hung up...

Got a call from this number at 6:00 a.m.!!! I didn't look at the caller ID because I was getting ready for work & thought it might be a co-worker (as no one else would call me that early). It was someone with a foreign accent saying they were from Microsoft. I had a few choice words to say and then hung up.

Same issue as others have reported regarding the early AM call (6:51am here just this morning). Rang about 3 times, but stopped before the answering machine picked up. No name shown on caller ID. Thought it might be a family member or friend calling (who else calls that hour of the morning?) for some reason, but when I saw the strange number, I couldn't believe some company would be calling before 9am!

I think it would be a very good idea to call your bank immediately!  Have them flag for strange uses.  Very scary.  Got call from this number this morning...did not answer.

Interesting Rocket that you would say that you had just dealt with HP overseas. So had I when I got the call. I talked to HP overseas a few days ago, Then I got the call this morning at 6:56. I knew something was not right due to the time they called. I gave my banking info since I was going to order another Fax machine. I am really worried about this. The weird part is NOW I do have a virus on my desktop. This never happened to me.

Same number early morning call trying to get you to turn on your computer saying it's hitting many over seas pings,must go to your computer turn it ont for him to evaluate problem.Haha t o of him I have no computer he Watson no later p top or any device,I said no.  He goes does oh.I hung up.

Got a call at 8 am stating that I was receiving error messages in my microsoft windows program ( who doesn't?)  The accent was Indian.  I think it was a scam...he wanted to work on my computer with me.  I told him that I didn't have time

just got a call from this number....after he asked me to sign on, which I didn't, I just kept telling him all i was seeing was porn and gave him a few graphic images...he hung up on me!.....my laugh for the day....interesting though was this is second time I was targeted by this scam and each was right after dealing with an overseas call center....yesterday it was hp....previously, it was Norton....we're in big trouble with all these companies sending our jobs overseas.

Johnny with a deep Asian accent calls to tell me my computer running Microsoft is in trouble and if I have a credit card they can get it fixed right now. Yeah ... okay you mean Linux? opppps guess you didn't know I run Linux. Better luck next time losers.

Calls from this number are trying to fish for information by telling you that your Microsoft computer is sending them messages.

Have had 2 calls from this number. One was at 6:50 AM !! Had another this morning around 8:30. I did not answer either call since I did not recognize the number.

Got a call at 12:15am waking the whole household.  Didn't answer it since I didn't recognize the number.

I get calls constantly stating I have many viruses that are sending alerts to Microsoft and I need to have them log into my PC and fix it immediately.   When stating I had a direct contact at Microsoft he then backed up and said oh, we are not Microsoft directly but we are getting your notices of viruses.

Got a call from 880-332-3000 reporting my computer was uploading viruses.  Received a call like this a couple years ago and total scam.  I hung up on "Johnny" with foreign accent and he called me back.
