got a missed call from this number last night any ideas

I also got a missed call last night from this number. The number doesn't correspond to an international code as far as I can see.

Called me but there was so much noise and in-explicable sound that I could not understand a word they were saying. I hung up but they called back almost immediately. I told them that until they get a better connection, I will not be speaking to them.

I got a call from this number at 23:37pm I answered and it was a busy tone i just put it down I have never had it before until now. I dont understand why they have my number the phone is only 4 weeks old and no company has been given it except nokia and vodaphone.
Nokia has it because the music store on my phone and vodaphone because its a vodaphone sim.

0088234 is Antarctica. I don't know who the f*ck is telephoning from Antarctica ;)
But I know that there are companies renting Antarctica numbers. When people call the number, the owner gets money. It's a scam, it's an international scam...
