I did not answer but i've had the same phone call over and over

Received call with lady whom immediately told me the call was recorded. I told her I did not consent to being recorded. She asked if I was Steve and I replied "it doesn't matter who I am, I do not consent and I am in Pennsylvania". She stated that "they" will get back to me and hung up.
