Claims to be something called Feldman and Feldman.  I think it's a phony name.  Spoofed.   Kitchen table debt scammers most likely.

According to my caller ID, the phone number is 877-361-0970. The messages left indicates they have tried several times to contact me:
9:08a on Tues. 6/10:  "This message is regarding a pending legal matter that will be filed against you within the next 24 hours. To avoid any negative ramifications from this filing, you must call process server Michael Lieberman at 866-883-2294 as soon as possible. Your case # is 2014-XXXXXX"
8:06am Wed. on 6/11 This final message is to inform you that a decision had been made on your behalf concerning a legal matter that has been filed against you. Numerous attempts were made to contact you with your atty info or full payment to avoid court proceedings  Call Mitchell Feldman 425 233 8747 (same case #)  
11:26am on Wed. 6/11  This confidential message is to inform you that you have a legal matter pending, to be filed against you within the next 24 hours. To make your statement against this claim which could result in garn or a civil judgement, you must call Richard Feldman @ 425 298 3923 (same case #)  
8:46am  on Fri. 6/13  This final msg is to inform you that a decision had been made on your behalf concerning a legal matter that has been filed against you. I received several calls like this as well. I called back and they had my name, address, phone number and my SS#. They are calling themselves MCL Group. Definitely a con of some sort.

This kind of stuff really needs to stop. These type of calls cost people millions of dollars and not everyone has the knowledge to realize the scam. First of all, no process server is going to pull this. They already would know who you are, where you live and they would show up with proof.....

I got same call today as described by Sharon

just got the same call its bull half the time I get calls from collectors for the girl that had my number 5 years ago.

Same thing has happened to me three days in a row. They do not say my name in the recording. Seems fishy.

I got a call from this number, says he's Michael Lieberman, process server, and gives a case number. It says if I don't call back a claim is going to be filed against me in the next 24 hours. They've called once a week for a month and left no msg till today. I have no legal issues. I saw a post earlier about a scam using this same msg and numbers not in service when you call back.
