Hubby answered phone and they asked for last person who lived in the house, whom is deceased, and never had this number. When you call back it cuts you off after the 887 42, why are these jerks allowed to call no call numbers?

Same here; called but did not leave a message. Wouldn't believe them, anyway, if they said they were Wells Fargo, since that is listed as my mortgagor in public records, and anyone could have found that out. Whenever I get a call from a corporate entity, I always ask for the person's extension number and then call the number on the website plus their extension, to be certain I am speaking with those they claim to be. I don't think that a phone call fulfills any contact obligation that they would have in the event of legal action, so I don't really care if I missed their call. If it's important, they can contact me by mail or send a message to my email address to log in and check my account messages.

Caller is rude, won't leave a message or speak with me, even though I am the wife of the person they are calling for, won't say what it is in regards to or what company they are with.

They called my tenants today (we live in same building) and when they asked if they could take a message since I wasn't at home, the female caller said no, she can only speak to me and hung up. Would it do any good to call the police or FBI or?

Am also getting calls from this number, caller id says "Unknown Name."  Am supposedly on a no call list in addition to call prevention through phone company.  They definitely don't leave messages.

Keep getting harrassing phone calls from Wells Fargo the 1st of every month and the caller is rude and does not leave her name.

I don't know the company name as it doesn't show up on caller ID, and a message is never left on voicemail.  I am on a No Call list but still receive calls from this number.

They call me once a day and don't leave a message. If I pick up, they ask for my neighbor and I've told them that he does not live here and to take this number off their list. The tell me they will, but still call. If they're on my caller ID, when I tried to call back, it can't be connected as dialed or it's been disconnected.

they claimed to be with Wells Fargo.  Never let them get any  farther but told them I would only respond to Wells Fargo directly through mail.
