collection agencies cannot do anything but call and tell lies. don't let them scare you. They can't do sh*t or they would, and not waste time calling all day long.

I got my cellphone less than a month ago and I receive automated calls on my cell from this number everyday! I called back but the person told me that she can not remove my phone number from their list.

Stated they are an attorney named Josh Walker, calling from the law offices of Patrick Walker and they needed to speak with so-and-so about an action to be filed against them. Referred to a case number (I am in the legal/government sector, case number is not legit!). Perhaps a debt collectorwho knows?

Recieved call on my CELLPHONE! I only give this number to people I know. Fortunately, I missed the call. I have received previous calls on my home phone looking for a relative so I will not call back and they better not call again or they will get an earful. I have perfect credit.

I rec'd another message on my cell phone.. with a call back number of . It would be nice if someone would put a stop to this stuff. very tired of it all.

This number called 8 times this morning, and its just now 1pm! I answered and the lady said, "joanne, right?" I confirmed then she said "and your last name is ###**!, right?" (And she did have my last name) instead of confirming I asked, "what company are you with?" And she replied "I can tell you that if you verify your last name" and I promptly hung up. She's calling again now! How annoying, it's SUNDAY!

Great - now they're calling me.. Today is the first day they've called, left half of a recorded message the first time, but didn't the second or third, or fourth. There was only three minutes between the third and fourth call. Grrrr..

You really showed them. Grow up dude. I was in the same situation with CBE. I decided not to take out all of my anger on someone that had never met me and shockingly was told they were happy to work with me. I guess things go better when you don't yell and curse, then hang up..

I wonder how it cost a business when we contact them thru their 800 number? If 2,000,000 people call the same 800 number, what would be the effect?

I received a call from and they asked for me, but used my former married name that i have not used in YEARS since i went back to my maiden name after the divorce. this is the first call in over 7 years that someone has asked for me by that name! must be something fishy.

This call came about 7:40 pm for Doris Minear, my daughter, The caller said his name was Mike Thomas and that Doris has a lawsuit filed against her. He wanted me to call her immediately. --actually suggested we get on a three way call. I told him I'd have to hang up to call her and asked for his number. I also told him that I might get her answer phone but I would give her the message. WE have had emails telling us their was a judgement against me but further down the screen we realized it was just advertising.

I have been as well getting these annoying calls constantly - all times of day and night.. some automated call service requesting a call back and something about not being able to tell you what the call is about. Calls freguently, leaves no message or is a silent tone if answered. I have called this number back always getting a busy signal. I want them to stop calling.

Called three times in the past two days to my cell phone number. I picked up two of the times, and when I did the calls were immediately disconnected. I just don't understand how they could get my cell phone number..it seems very strange.

Received a telephone call on at 3:42 p.m. for someone else. Asked to have my private cell telephone number removed from any and all lists. This morning at 8:42 a.m. I received another call on my cell phone for the same person and again asked to have my number removed. I want to file an official complaint.

P.S. The reason some of you didn't find him listed as an attorney is that his name is HECKER, not Heckler. The website www.martindale.com lists him in Toms River, NJ. But the return address on the letter I received is in Hamilton, NJ.

I get a computer generated call, when you answer, you are asked to hold. When I got a person, it is MRS Associates, a collection agency . They were trying to reach the person that last had our phone number.
