frustrated;
its all a scam and give them no information. if they ask if the last 4 digits of your ss is such and such just say no and dont call me again. they are not real debt collectors and they are just scammers trying to get money from hard working folks.

I got a call from this number threatening to come ans serve me a summons for bad check and fraud they were a court processor. When I didthe research it come back to ACS. I guess Ace Csh Services (payday loan) I don't have paydayloans. What can I do?

Guy called, said his name was vhris sanctte Z. Said something about me writing bad checks. Gave me a case number. Look up the phone number, comes up as china. Is this a fraud or legit
