It's Bank Of America In-House Recovery. Very Friendly people.

Automated message pretending to be Bank of America telling me to call back at this number: 888-208-4927. I don't have a BofA account so I was suspicious. No such number exists on the "contact us" page of the bank's website.

Keeps leaving messages saying they are Bank of America and I need to call customer service.  Can't find this number anywhere.  I have a BofA credit card but keep no balance on it and never use it.  No suspicious activity going on either.  I just checked.

many times last several weeks, a recorded message asks me to call Bank of America at 888-208-4927. who's doing this and why?  recently i had a dispute with a bad online retailer I reported to BBB and the State Attorney's Office for their violation of fraudulent sales practice.   is he retaliating for that instead of going out of business?

It is B of A recovery department #, they call any client that owed the bank money.

My wife passed away and a Mr. Dan Watson keeps calling to talk to her after I tell him that she passed away in January of this year. I would never have a account with bank of america

Can one up that. I get this every night AND I cannot even return the call because I am not from the US. When I try to call them back it says call is not available.

i received the same call, and called them back, then i tell them to take me of that phone number list, and they say they do, but i have done that twice, and it doesn't seem like it works, because they keep calling.

i have my phone number posted on facebook. could they somehow track my number there?

I get this call every evening around 7:50 p.m. telling me to call B of A.

keep getting recording to call number and there is no caller ID..
