This is blatant theft. They took out $60.25 and $25.00 a week after I turned off my phone account and removed auto pay. This was a third-party vendor hired by AT&T. They attempted autopay even after the account was closed. So they helped themselves to an unauthorized month's payment and an additional $25.00 fee. I am now wondering if I should close the bank account I used for autopay as that's the only way I have to prevent them from doing this again and again.

It's not a scam, I just spoke with a live person.  After 60 days of a past due balance, #'s are recycled.  the T-Mobile agent didn't realize I was a new owner activate my phone & she had me pay an old bill.  I spoke with Vesta & they are mailing me my refund.

The exact same thing happened to me!

These people charged my account twenty five dollars. I called att and they said I'm up to date. I called vesta or recharge whatever they are called two different times and both rep were  very nasty and rude and told me they had a right to debit my account because they are a third  party collection vendor for att. They told me they will continue to debit my account and there's  nothing I can do about it. As everyone else has said which is true I closed my old account and opened and new one because they will CONTINUE TO TAKE MONEY OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT WITHOUT PERMISSION. And currently disputing the charge they did deducted with my bank. Very unprofessional company and then when I asked for a supervisor I got sent to a vm to leave  my name and number  and no one ever called me back. There company is a scam and their  reps are the most disrepectful non customer oriented people I have ever had to do business with I hope this company is STOPPED.

This number never called me, but I had two charges "unexpectedly" show up on my account. One said "recharge", the other "18882086235." Obviously I did some research and came across this page. I've since then email the company that's been replying to my posts, but have yet to hear a response. I keep a good record of my spending and these two overcharged me TWICE. I'll be calling the fraud hotline here shortly. I suggest changing your credit/debit card numbers. These fools already froze mine when they doublecharged me, so they're not getting another red cent from me.

I too had funds taken from my checking account. One debit for $11.03, then $25.00. I called 888-208-6235 and spoke with Aphelia who explained this was charge for funds I had tried to add to my T-mobile pre-paid phone. I explained to her the transaction appeared to have been rejected before it was completed. However, after I did some research, they were correct! I did in fact owe the amount.

They took $25.00 twice from my account and I have no idea who they are. They don't anwer their phone. I;m on hold for a over an hour and no one ever get on the phone.

i dont know who theses people are, but my thing is how in the hell did they get my checking account informations.

They left me a message stating that it was "Investor Corp"  regarding my AT&T phone number. I did not call back.

I got a call from this number claiming to be Att which is my wireless provider and I was low on minutes so gave them my info....totally got scammed!!! do not give your info to them

there people called me numerous times saying that i had a check for my phone bill bounce, i told them that was impossible but i would check with my bank. the "bounced" check went through fine, but today they charged me 75 dollars, and then another 25 dollars this morning!   and i dont even HAVE that number anymore!

These people don't stop at just calling.  They have now started stealing your credit card information and using it.

Be aware of all you spending and check your statements daily.  Call your banking center if this happens to you and have your bank issue you a new number.  These people dangerous.  They never called me.  So...how did they get my name and information?  Good question.  Be Aware.

Believe it or not people are able to "copy" cell phones and use your phone to make calls, send txt msg or use to internet.  I know cuz this happened to me, the numbers that are calling are these hackers getting into our phones.  The number that you see displayed may not even be the number that is actually calling...this kinda stuff is only guna get worse, oh and I've also been traced so someone knew where I was as long as I had my cell phone on and with me.

They called me several times. They told me that i still owed them 52 dollars. Then i called at&t to double check and ATT told me that I don't owe anything. I think they're trying to get private information therefore, don't give them anything. It's a scam. Also, they ask for credit card and bank account..and i didn't give it to them. I think we should report this stupid number to POLICE

I get several calls from this # per week.

They have called me from this number now about 15 times in two days, and do not ever leave a message. If they don't leave me a message I am sure not calling them back.

Called at 5 p.m., 12/13.  I missed the call.  They did not leave message, nor did I call back. My carrier is T-mobile, not At&t like the other posts.
