this number keeps calling me several times a week. when I call them back, it rings once and then the call drops....

Recorded message said my debit card was deactivated - press 4 to talk to a fraud consultant. I did press 4, but nothing happened. I hung up and then called this number to check who was it, but didn't get a connection.

Recorded message said my debit card was deactivated. Pressed 1 for more info, connected to more recorded message. At no point did they actually say the name of the bank my card is with. The only thing that gave it credit was that I had just used my debit card (as credit) at a sandwich shop 2 minutes prior to getting the call.
I did not continue the call or give them information.

A recorded message was garbled, as though the connection was bad, and I know this should not be the case. I just hung up when the message clearly instructed me to press 1 for more info.

the recorded message stated that your debit card has been deactivated. I recoded massage then instructed me to press 1 to reactivate or 2 not to reactivate. I didn't respond and then the call dropped off my cell phone.
