Got our pink card today, 8/24/07, wonder if it's the same as a "pink slip" :-)
Thanks for the "heads up", appreciated the information very much.

This is a scam company.

Thay are likely re-selling HUD/FHA refund processor materials. This may include training information and state lists from several years ago that are currently out dated.

Also see: http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-866-481-7098

Affiliated Strategies Inc. They are also selling a guide to Government grants for $59.00 or claiming that you have a grant coming.

It's basically a scam. There are low income homeowners out there who are owed a refund for their mortgage insurance premium from FHA; the companies that do this track them down on-line and offer to help them fill out the paperwork for an exorbitant fee. It's a ripoff for the customer, but it's usually also a scam on the "employee" -- if you call, they will most likely charge you a fee to get some sort of "start up kit" that will consist mostly of a list of homeowners they got from HUD. You'll be paying money for the opportunity to run an unprofitable business that the government frowns on (see http://www.hud.gov) and you'll get hung out to dry if anything goes wrong or if you can't collect from your "customers".

I really don't know. I received a like pink card on Monday Aug. 6th 2007. However, on the front of the card there was a reservation number 219. I can't believe - let me rephrase that - I don't trust the statement"we've been trying to reach you". Hiliary what real job ad says Final Notice Deadline?
